If you're going to buy and use your own equipment, you need to learn how to clean out anything it sucked up. With my pine trees, I might have to clean it once a week. To the other people replying--don't blame the product if you don't know how to use it. And yes, if you can't figure out how to clean it, do take it to a pool store. They are rude, barely answered my emails and it took them 40 days to send me a return label. I suggest you go with a diff brand. Just a suggestion

I have had this one for a few months now and it is operating perfectly.

Answer:	I don’t know; however, I purchased two sets and like them. The hoses are thicker and better quality, than the generic white hoses that I have bought from The Home Depot ($13.99 each). I am currently using 4 out of the 8 hoses that I bought from the online vender. So far the hoses are holding up well. The real test will be when they are exposed to the hot summer sun and my children swimming daily.

Question:	I need new hoses for my Intex pool cleaner will be's work
Answer:	Aerator? In the pool or did you mean the return line? If you have excess air in the system it is due to a suction leak either in the hoses or one of the lines running into the pump. Check the oring in the pump filter basket and make sure it is not cracked or flattened out. Make sure to use magic lube on it as well so that it gets a good seal.
Question:	Does this help the water pressure coming out of the aerator? Ours is very low, we're thinking because we have an old hose with leaks

Question:	Does this have a diaphram or not
Answer:	If you are going thru the skimmer use the suction port.Otherwise hook it to the dedicated cleaner line and adjust the valve for suction,No regulator needed.
Question:	How does the regulator connect to the inlet
Answer:	What I can tell you is that I have installed a few of both units and the blue unit has proved to be the better unit.They both use the flapper.The only problem I have seen is that if you have sharp corners or a very deep pool they dont seem to clean the entire area.And can get stuck.The weights dont seem to be heavy enough.Most pools the unit works great.
Question:	What’s the difference between the one in black and the one in blue? Besides the color. Do they both use a flapper to move or a rubber diaphragm
Answer:	This unit will pull on the liner you need to use a above ground cleaner.
Question:	Has anybody had trouble connecting this to an intex above ground pool? I'm searching for a way to adapt it
Answer:	They work fine on my Barracuda G4. Check the diameter of your current hoses and compare. Good luck.
