Answer:	With that big of a gallon tub you might need to use 2 bottles the first time just to get the clog build up out of the jets. Believe me it works and you should pour it in and run the tub for about 5 to 6 hours with it being that bad. All the best and you have nothing to lose.

Answer:	I spay and wipe off the residue with a paper towel as the solution has an odor. I think it would not be a good thing to leave it in the tub after spraying when you are refilling but I can't be sure. I primarily use it to clean off build up in the tub at the water line when it is full. I have found it is the best cleaner for such routine maintenance and wipes off easily.

Step 1

Apply a one ribbon of BAQUA Spa surface cleaner to a wet nonabrasive scrub pad. Apply product to 2-3 foot section of area to be cleaner. Using gentle pressure, scrub area with treated pad.

Thoroughly rinse treated areas for stubborn stains & tile grout, let product stand on affected area for a couple of min before scrubbing. Use a soft bristled brush for tile grout. For light waterline cleaning, dilute in warm water. Use 3 oz to one gallon of water.

OUSTER IN ACTION: 2 MINUTES INTO TREATMENT

Within seconds after adding Ouster you will begin to see white foam develop in the hot tub. This specially formulated foam is critically important to help scrape and remove the inanimate contaminants and gunk off the interior pipes. Once the nasty gunk become suspended in water, the natural tendency is to affix itself onto the foam making it easy to remove when draining the hot tub.

Answer:	Hello, No you don't need to unwrap the pod before putting into the water all you do is fill the tub up an inch above the water then turn the water off and turn your jets on then toss one pod into the water and it will dissolve in a few seconds, the pod is made of a film called PVA and it designed to dissolve in water this way you don't have to measure and liquids out and possibly spilling them or coming into contact with the chemical its self. Answer:	Hi Connie,SpaKleen whirlpool jetted bath cleaner has ten water soluble pods in the zip lock pouch, all you need to do it fill your tub up to 1" above the highest jet with water, when tub is full turn on the jets and open all air switches if your tub has them, drop in one SpaKleen water soluble pod into the water and let the jets run for 15 minutes, when that time is up just drain the tub, wipe down the sides with a cloth and fresh tap water from the tubs faucet and your done. Do not double dose or tub might foam over. More is not better in this situation. Foaming will occur and you will see the debris (Bio-film, Hair, Body Oils, and Body fats) from inside the tubs circulating system dislodge and collect on top of the foam and around the edges of the tub. This is how you know that SpaKleen is working. You do not have to fill the tub up again and flush out. The best way to apply the SpaKleen product is after you have used the tub, as long as you have not added anything into the water while using your jetted bath you can use the water you soaked in so you don't have to drain it and fill it up again. This will save you money on your water bill. If you put any bath beads or oils to soak in the SpaKleen product will be fighting the other products in the water and not work on the build up inside the jets, pipes and pump where it clings to.
