Question:	Can someone confirm the plastic quality? I bought some that just became brittle
Answer:	The ramp can hold up to 15 pounds, It may seem flimsy to us humans but you have to remember that mice are only 0.3 ounces. I know people have said they have caught chipmunks before with this trap, but you have been warned that this trap was specifically designed for mice. But to answer your question; Yes, the chipmunks will have no problem going up the ramp. I'm not so sure the trap will work for chipmunks although I know people have said it has in the past. Please buy at your own risk.
Question:	What is the loose black piece found inside the station for? I figured out the metal rod but not the loose black piece. Where does it go
Answer:	This sounds like an effective method to keeping them from jumping out. To test it; Simply smooth out the sand and if the mouse falls for the trap and messes up the sand and is no longer in the bucket when you get to the trap, you will know that this method did not work. I suggest using saw dust or putting an inch of water so they cannot jump out.
Question:	There’s a random piece of plastic in here and ? I don’t know what to do with it
Answer:	Yes, There is a tiny screw under the plank for adjustment. If you unscrew the screw the plank will become more "heavy" and if you screw the screw in the plank will be very light and sensitive.

Answer:	I wash mine in the washer. a light amount of makeup will come off easily. If your make up is heavier, I would hand wash it with mild soap and dry on a towel. This is a wonderful mask.

Answer:	The mask itself has 3 layers - the pretty outside layer, a gauzy inner lining fabric, and a cotton lining fabric (with the company name printed all over it) that makes a pocket for you to add a filter. The filters that I bought to use with the mask have 2 or 3 thin layers pressed together, so I guess if you put a filter inside the pocket, the mask might have 5 layers, but the mask itself just has 3 layers.

Answer:	You feeling like you need to kill squirrels is ridiculous.. unless you're going to eat them? but this is a bait station they eat the bait and die later. it takes the mice a long time to die from this, from what I've heard, so I'm pretty sure it's not going to be as effective on a squirrel. You don't need to kill squirrels though. If the squirrels are getting into your bird feeders and such, there's so many better ways to keep them out of it than killing them.

You should have the laptop in a sleeve to be on the safe side, or the mug on the outside portion of the carry bag.

Question:	I'm looking for a dog proof bait station for ant bait. Could this be modified to work? I need something the dog won't chew on when I'm not looking
Answer:	Potentially. They can compress through small spaces, but I'm not sure they would enter it. I catch voles in mine.With regards to the other answers, mice can compress their skulls to enter a space into which you can insert a pencil. For a rat, it's the diameter of about a quarter.

Answer:	they are not for bed bugs .. they are for small rodents and insects and spiders. use bedlam plus for bedbugs . there are no glue boards for bedbugs except some thing called climb up that goes around your beds round legs . so its a circle sticky traps but they cost a lot and not worth it . especially if you already have bedbugs.
Question:	can you put bait on the trap
Answer:	We do not recommend the use of baits with our Glue Board products, as our Glue Tray is already scented and designed to attract pests without bait. Oil based producs, like cheese and peanut butter, in particular, will compromise the integrity of the glue and decrease the effectiveness of the trap. Let us know if you need any more information. Question:	why do some come with the word MAX on the sticky side and not catchmaster. Are they different? i mean its different from other peoples pictures
