Answer:	I can't imagine any reason that this couldn't be used on the lawn. I've applied it directly to the plants in my garden and I would imagine some has landed in the grassy areas and I haven't noticed any ill effects to the lawn. I know that it definitely deters the deer and rabbits in the garden, so I would imagine that it would do the same if it was in the lawn. I decided to use the granular this season as opposed to the liquid and I liked it a lot better. Good Luck!

Answer:	I didn’t notice any bad smell. It smells like cloves. However, it was very expensive and it didn’t work at all. My dogs like to eat it and it made a mess and needed reapplying when it rained out. It also repells bees although not as badly as Bobex, so not good for pollination.

Question:	How does this work compared to the scarecrow? need to keep a herring out of my Koi pond
Answer:	I have used this on my Koi pond for many years now with great success. So I don't get sprayed during the day.... my water supply has a battery timer.... The timer is set for 10PM tp 8 AM..... so simple..... works great and I can set the time for it to work.
Question:	There seems to be an additional part in my package that is about 2" long and 1" high that is not part of assembly instructions. Any clue as to what this is
Answer:	The extra item drove me nuts for about 30 minutes. Until i figured out that it is simply a screw on replacement part so the "helmet head sensor" can be mounted by sliding the square part on the "valve square front. This lowers the "Helmet sensor" to be about eye level with like a rabbit or cat. Simply unscrew the all black small round knob that is on the "helmet sensor" remove the screw and remove the piece you just detached (the 4 inch bracket that has a round hole that would normally fit the vertical pipe shaft. Now replace that 4 inch part with the smaller 2 inch long part that has a square end and a round end. Push the screw thru the round end and into your "helmet sensor" (it only fits one way), then hook it/slide it onto the sensors square front. The "helmet sensor" now just sits there, not exactly a secured in a long term way but i guess it works.
Question:	What happens if a human steps on the lawn? Will that turn on and spray on a person? I don't want it ends up spraying on myself

Answer:	This product is safe for bees (and other pollinators) - and will not keep them away from treated plants. You do want to avoid spraying the bees directly with the repellent, as the natural oils will make it difficult for them to fly. Bees are most active during the day, so we recommend spraying in the early morning or late evening to avoid direct contact.

Answer:	I have used it to deter deer from eating everything in my yard, it does not work. Liquid Fence is the best deer repellent, but it does smell bad.

Answer:	I have a sensitive sense of smell and I do not find it at all offensive. I would describe the smell as slightly sweet and spicy. The deer never bothered my roses again after using it. They ate my neighbor’s roses instead. I don’t have hostas in my front yard near my roses and they have never bothered the hostas in my backyard.
Question:	I seems that some of these reviews are not related to the product listed? they talk about wires? It looks to just stake in the ground
Answer:	Our backyard was a trail for the deer. We moved about a year ago. Our hostas were a nice snack as they passed through. The spray saved our plants but the trail the deer would take, about 10-20 feet away, was still their preferred trail. I believe it is only a deterant for eating because it's a very spicy mixture that would taste bad but that's my assumption.

Answer:	As long as the bag is sealed it is fine, mine is stored in the shed and it works good.
Question:	can you use this product in the vegetable garden
Answer:	One cup of plantskydd to a quart of water. Instructions are on the box. Add the powder to water VERY slowly and mix thoroughly. If you don't, you'll end up with a gooey mess that won't go through a garden sprayer. Don't know about the veg oil but I suspect it might make that much harder to mix.
Question:	How often do you have to spray? Is its effectiveness reduced/eliminated with rain/irrigation
Answer:	It is not marketed for squirrels, but I would guess that it would have some effect since the main ingredient is still Dried Blood which is quite broad spectrum in what it repels. Again, I would not sell it for that reason solely, but it might have some effect for you.
Question:	Is Bobbex effective repelling moose
Answer:	We didn't use it on vegetables. But it is very stinky. I actually stopped using it on our flowers because it was on the walk way to our front door and I couldn't stand the smell.

Deer scram stimulates a strong fear response by emitting an odor that deer and rabbits associate with their dead kin. It repels the animal before they nibble on plants. Deer scram does not have an unpleasant odor to humans, but discourages unwanted animals from returning to the protected area. It contains no synthetic additives, is non toxic, biodegradable and will not harm animals or the environment. Deer scram biodegrades into high nitrogen organic nutrients. It should be applied every 30 to 45 days depending on weather conditions. This granular product is easy to apply and is rain and snow resistant. This product contents 6 Pounds.

Answer:	No, never have. Especially since the birds would be eating or subjected to it, I would not. But perhaps around the ground a ways out from the feeder.

Answer:	Hi Josephine, The product can handle about 2 inches of rain a week. But, if you get 2 to 3 inches of rain at one time we do recommend you re apply to the dry plants again. Also we do recommend that you re apply every 2 to 3 inches of new growth.

Deer Out contains some of the same ingredients as the Critter out and has been known to work on Squirrels also, but If Squirrels are your only problem your best defense will be our Critter Out repellent which is specifically formulated to repel Squirrels, rats and mice..
