Answer:	I imagine the humidity and cold of the refrigerator would make the sticky glue less effective. For ANY kind of bugs in your fridge, I would suggest cleaning your fridge with bleach, throwing out any old food, and checking the temperature. Bugs should not be active inside a refrigerator, as it operates at a temperature that would make most insects hibernate. Your refrigerator should operate at a temperature of 33°f-42°f.

Question:	Does it matter if the place outside where it's hung gets a lot of sun? Should it be hung in the shade
Answer:	I put it next to the bunny cage where the flies were originating from. I believe it says to have it in a warm place to attract the flies but it does get stinky so the sun will only make that worse. So I guess it depends on the temperature out and proximity to your living space.
Question:	will this work with horse flies
Answer:	Not sure it's necessarily designed for flies of that size, but we've nabbed some pretty giant blowflies/carrion flies in ours...worth a shot to check it out. Do be aware that the "BIG" in "big bag" refers only to the size of the bag for this product.
Question:	How do you know when it is time to replace the bag with a new one
Answer:	I let it hang till it looks like it's going to explode at the seams it's so full. I do not however like the smell that comes with 40,000 dead, rotting flies so at that point it goes in the dumpster. There is a smell when you put a fresh one out but it smells 1,000 times worse when it's reaching max capacity with rotting dead ones in the mix. They'll even lay eggs on their dead buddies so you'll have maggots in there too. I toss around 30 days.
Question:	Does this work for stink bugs
Answer:	I am not sure, but it works for bees and anything else that flies and can get through the opening.

Answer:	I think you are saying a mouse "ate" through the cable? My cat ate through mine - the company replied to my comment saying to get a 5mm cable - however the cable we got apparently isn't enough wattage and basically killed the two seperate functions. Likely will have to replace the unit unless the company can provide a direct link to a cable that we can purchase.

Answer:	I bought this Sept 2019 and have had it running everyday 24/7. It did get dusty and I cleaned it up with a long qtip. Looks like new. The light is still working. It works great!

Question:	What's the purpose of placing a bowl of apple cider vinegar? Is it necessary
Answer:	The apple cider vinegar mixed with a couple drops of dish soap is a separate trap. The fruit flies get attracted to the mixture, dive in, get stuck and drown. I found the mixture is much more effective than the fly traps. The fly traps did not work very well

Answer:	I am not quite understanding the question but will try answering what I think you are asking. You can’t take the bugs off the sheet. They are stuck to it very tightly. The sheet is like a glue. And the glue could be dangerous to give to anything to consume. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, this product works great. I get gnats from my indoor plants and was getting them from my drain and decided to place the trap near the areas that I was having issues with and boy was I pleasantly surprised about the way the gnats gravitate to this trap. Great product.

Question:	Does it attract/kill the tachinid flies that have been killing my monarch caterpillars
Answer:	I've been having a battle with tachinid flies as well. Along with putting a mesh cage over a milkweed and transferring freshly laid eggs onto there to keep the caterpillars safe, I use these bags and I see the nasty tachinids crawl in there.
Question:	How far away from your living space do you have to hang them? I live in a city and worry that my backyard isn't large enough to escape the smell
Answer:	I dont think they will work for you. I hang them on the fence by my manure dumpster. Once they get ripe, I can smell them from at least 100 feet away. Since I live in a rural horse & cow neighborhood, it just blends in with all the other animal smells. The other problem is, they attract flys. Flys from all over will smell them and come to them. That works for me because the bags are hung out by the manure dumpster and they are killing flys coming from all my neighbor's houses too. If you are in a normal city neighborhood, it will probably be too stinky and gross.

Answer:	We have bought this one for 4 years and it works great. We keep it to the rear of the yard as it is very stinky and when that bag gets full - yes, it does have 20,000 flies in it. We are happy to be killing future generations of those dirty flies!

Answer:	Purchased 7.10.19. NO, it does not have a locking cap ... it also does not come with a hanger. The top pulls up and provides access to add water to the attractant. The top has a hole to loop a hanger (not provided) through. It has a powerful odor so put it a ways away from your sitting area. When the bag is full DOUBLE bag it to dispose. I did not and had to disinfect my garbage can to eliminate the smell. The big box store item is better - for pennies more uou get a locking top and hanger.

So I removed the protective film on one side only. Then rolled it into a tube shape. A cylinder. Then stood it upright on one end. There was nothing to attract the gnats to it so used apple cider vinegar. For that: I used a q-tip and dabbed the vinegar on the unit in tiny drops. Moderately well spaced tiny drops. This attracted the gnats to the unit. And now they are stuck there."

Question:	I'm having a problem with blowflies coming into my apt. Do they do a good job catching blowflies and are they meant to attract them or just trap them
Answer:	I have never found anything that kept flies out except a flyswatter. Am not familiar with blowflies but the best remedy I have found is thoroughly washing my windows at least twice a year to kill eggs that hatch down the road and swatting the nasty pukes with a good old fashioned fly swatter. This product did NOTHING for me.
