Answer:	There is a small internal device that acts as a starter to make the bulbs light up. It sounds like that starter has gone bad. Contact Flowtron and send them the unit for repair.

Answer:	I've been using mine indoors for years because I don't really care about the bugs outside... I don't want them in my house. This model whacks bugs day and night. it doesn't stink... the hum is loud. Death to the flying insect.

Answer:	the UV light attracts a ton of bugs at night but day time not so much. The Octenol makes the thing a bug killing fiend but in day time it is lack luster and probably a waste. Every morning it is 100% covered and clogged from mosquitoes and i have to use my data vac to clean it off. I use the 1 acre and 1.5 acre one and both are 100% covered by morning but during the day they hardly kill anything. They work at night well even without the Octenol but it definitely helps to have it. I have terrible mosquitoes here and mine only kills a few so if you are not flooded with them it probably won't do much for you during the day. I have to go outside with bug spray at noon to keep the mosquitoes off -_-

Answer:	Hi Kameron, from my experience I'd say yes. For whatever reason, applying pressure below the elbow helped me. My pain was primarily above the elbow and the brace helped. When I golf, I wear it fairly tight and there is little to no pain. I've played up to 36 holes in a day and was able to swing the clubs well. Hope this helps.

Answer:	You normally attach the battery pack to the top of your boot. It has a clip to attach it there, or you could attach it on your belt. The expanding cable will probably reach. Note. I would use electrical tape or a tie wrap to secure the battery case. We lost two of them on one trip.

Answer:	I used these at work last winter, by the end of the day, it seemed that the batteries were getting tired. Not a problem, that was what I expected. Just take some spares with you.

Answer:	just off my head, the current draw is about 1 amp with a 3.7v lithium battery. You can calculate watt and resistance from there. It's too hot to keep it on all the time. The heating element is rate for 3 Watt max. Using 2 NiMH AA batteries, you can leave it on all the time. It doesn't warm up a cool feet, but does keep feet from getting cold. Don't use Alkaline batteries. Don't know about BTU.

Answer:	I have to use a step ladder to reach it. So I think it is about 7 feet

Answer:	This pole does not come with a base. I pounded it directly into the soil before finishing assembly. If you're exactly sure about the location you've chosen, you could probably cement it in similar to setting a fense pole.

Answer:	I did not try to lock the bug zapper to the pole. The hardware that came with it was enough to attach the bug zapper to the pole. If you do not have any hardware to attach, I think you should be able to get that at the hardware store.
Question:	How tall is the pole? According to the dimensions, it says it is only 37 inches high which seems much too low
Answer:	I think 1 section might be 37 inches. This pole is about 7 feet tall maybe? I have to use a step ladder to plug in the zapper. I think the bottom of my zapper sits at about 6 feet? Anyway, definitely taller than 37 inches :)
