Answer:	I think the person was actually referring to the Asian Lady Beetle that have invaded many homes in large numbers. Unlike the true lady bugs that winter outside the Asian Lady Beetle prefers the indoors. They are invasive in the home and make for uncomfortable times for the people who have to deal with them indoors for 5 to 6 months. I think this device is worth a try in this instance,
Question:	will this work with horse flies
Answer:	Just remember to wait at least an hour or two after unplugging before trying to clean the fried bug parts off the inner grid. The grid wires are energized by (I'm guessing) a large capacitor. Dangerous voltage can remain after the unit is unplugged. I noticed this when I went to dump out the dead flies and a fly was zapped by the UNPLUGGED unit. Also remember to use a brush with NON-CONDUCTIVE bristles (not a BBQ or other wire brush).
Question:	went to the manufacture page bulbs are NLA. Went to home depot, and they dont have anything shorter than 18'' where do I find replacment bulbs
Answer:	13" in length is the size of the bulb's length. If you count the connectors (the 2 connection points on both ends) it is 13 1/2 inches in length. The diameter of the bulb is 14 millimeters based on the end caps of the bulbs. I wanted to add this information here for others that may not know the length and diameter of the bulbs. With this information, you and many others should be able to find the appropriate size bulbs. Just make sure you get two and that each is 10W since both combined is what makes the zapper it's 20W.

Answer:	It's UL approved. It's not harmful. Anymore than your microwave is. If you don't use s microwave for safety reasons....I'd stay away from this too. And breathe. Just...take a deep breath. Life is short! My best friend died next to me 12 years ago (I'm 35... I was 22) bc a drunk driver hit us both head on at 115mph. I've had 12 surgeries. Answer:	Always talk with your doctor/pharmacist about any topical preparations when using prescription products. However, tretinoin/Retin-a is rendered inactive by glycolic acid; so people should not apply together but can alternate nights once they are no longer on the Retin-a nightly. Both increase turn-over/exfoliation so combined it may be excessive. Please apply sun screen religiously, as I am sure you have been advised. (Remember, that many surfaces reflect UV radiation so a cap/hat is not complete protection and sunscreen must be reapplied through-out the day. ) Retin-a is helping with the dark spots. Ask you doctor about a prescription that contains a combination of retin-a and hydroquinone.

Question:	I am not able to locate replacement bulbs for my bug zapper that is worth my time looking for this part. I searched on Amazon and Google
Answer:	I was unable to find a replacement bulb either. I also contacted the manufacturer and they were no help either. So far, my bulbs are ok but I was just checking so I could have backup bulbs when they do go out. The unit works very well and the blue light really attracts the flying insects real well. No problem with the unit just very unhappy about not being able to get replacement bulbs. It will probably be junk without the bulbs.
