I had to purchase a piece 5/8 shaft materialand drill a hole thru the shaft to the left of the bearing and installed a cotter pin and did the same thing to the right side of the bearing. This will lock the wheel asm. so it will track on center.

Answer:	I can only offer, this 4.80 X 8, although the same diameter, is going to be a little "fatter". Also the hub may be a little wider, which, may require modification of the axle brackets. At least, I needed to do so.

Answer:	My wheelbarrow also has a 1" axle and 4" hub and finding a flat-free replacement tire was daunting. Contact the manufacturer of this Universal tire directly (Marathon Industries). They offer the 1" axle configuration, but the tire is expensive and they charge $20 shipping. I wasn't able to find it anywhere else.The good news is that their bearings/bushings are interchangeable, so the 5/8" or ¾” bore can be swapped out easily. As a courtesy, they offer a limited amount of complimentary bearing/bushing replacements for their products. So, I bought this Universal Fit Flat-Free tire (3" hub; the spacers included will NOT fit a 1" axle) and Marathon mailed me the required 1" bushing and spacers that will work on the 1" axle.
