Answer:	Yes, these are suitable for beginners, but our x-light exercise bands resistance is 10lb, so not for everyone, if you don't have enough volume. Like almost all rubber exercise bands, they do roll up depending on the exercise you are doing and how intensely you are exercising, but it is not serious, we have improved the product for this problem, the amount is thickened, and it works well.

Answer:	The pumps themselves will stop expressing rapidly after you reach 4 oz. I’ve had a colleague get up to 7 oz in a bag but doesn’t recommend freezing at that quantity. I’ve frozen milk at 5 oz without any problems.

Answer:	You can pump into any bottle (Nanobebe or Medela) and transfer to the bags, which is what my daughter-in-law does. She’s never pumped directly into the bags. She’s has said she prefers them to the Medela bags because they are thicker, more sturdy and take to less room in the fridge and freezer, because they are stored flat. I do know that to pump directly into the Nanobebe bottles you will need to purchase a separate adapter for your breast pump.
