Answer:	check to see if the axel the pulley rotates around is bent or if the pulley itself is worn so bad where the axel goes thru it that the pulley is cocked to one side causing the cord when it is taunt to ride off the side. Good luck!

Answer:	More than 7’ depending the stand. Also be prepare for a sturdy and heavy one. The pole it’s aluminum and very thin. it wouldn’t withstand winds more than 7-9 mph. I reinforced mine inserting a 24” PVC pipe (painted black) in he cast iron 26 pounds stand. The screw it’s tide now and even though looks sturdy. The umbrella tills with winds more than 12mph.

We also would recommend putting some type of pad under the touch points to alleviate any wear on the corners where they touch the patio. Answer:	The green one doesn't seem to have the rain flaps at the roofline that the 9879 for sure has. That's the only difference I see. You could use wind panels on the 9821, but it won't keep rain out.

Answer:	That might work, but you have to modify how you attach it to the inside of the tent. There is a way to attach to the out side of the tent using the hooks. What I did was make a bar that attaches to the upright bars on each side of the door. Attach the panel to the cross bar. The next upgraded unit the Pavillion has it already built in, but it is $150-$175 more and it is 150" wide and 9 feet tall. Hope this information helps.

Answer:	You can remove the umbrella and easily store it. During the night, we recommend you to close it and wrap the umbrella with the built in nylon strap for protection.

Answer:	The pole is 1.88 inches and the crossbar base with the umbrella is 3.28 ft. As long as the dimensions of your weighted base match, it will work.

Answer:	No it doesn’t. It does come with cross bas though. You can either use weights base or anchor it to the ground. I used rods to anchor it.

Answer:	If you mean the umbrella, I am quite sure that it will be good to use for years, as long as you maintain it properly and store it under extreme weather conditions. Don’t leave it open for nights and strong windy days. As for the canopy, it looks like quality fabric that will keep its color for months, but I don’t know yet since I just got it recently.
