However, if you don't tighten the two knobs halfway up the base pole, you can lift the umbrella up half an inch so that its anti-rotation rod does not seat down into the two slots on the base. Then you can rotate it as much as you please. However, without the rod engaged, the two knobs probably can't hold it against a crosswind, so you won't want to leave it this way long-term.

Answer:	I don’t know, but don’t buy this canopy. It’s cheap, but fades in a month. Not good...

Answer:	We have had it for about six months now and it does keep the rain off of the table underneath it. However, like with all such fabrics, every year I will rinse it and after it is dry apply either Kiwi Camp Dry or ScotchGuard to maintain the waterproof capability.

Answer:	This is a replacement cover, it is for people who have purchased a 9 foot umbrella with eight ribs in the past and now want a new canvas cover.

Answer:	You know I think this is a problem for the manufacturer to solve. The way the colors are displayed shows no variation between the shades of the colors.

Answer:	Hello,the remote control will operate umbrella light within 20-26ft.We recommend to direct the remote control towards the remote control signal receiver on lights. Physical objects between the remote and the lights may interfere with the infra red signal. Hope this help.

Question:	Does this item get delivered in pieces? I have only revived the base
Answer:	I bring mine each time after using, so i can't necessarily answer from experience. However, i just popped open the battery covers (it's strange-- instead of having one single battery compartment, they setup 3 different ones for space limitations i presume-- each compartment takes a single AA battery), and these compartment doors don't look to have any sort of seals on them, so i assume if they got soaked, it would let water in.

I have never looked into the difference between lime and sage, I did google it after getting your question, I must say from my computer screen, it's looks more like lime.. Answer:	All you do is scree the top piece off your existing umbrella. Take old canopy off, our new one on. Takes 5 mins max.
Question:	Will this product work on a cantilever umbrella frame
Answer:	I bought the 9 ft 8 rib and the entire item was too small for my umbrella which makes it impossible to open the umbrella to its full capacity. as far as the hole, I am unable to answer, but the hole was sufficient. the hole is not the problem. good luck

Answer:	Ruby, I measured my umbrella and form seam to seam I get 39 inches, maybe stretch 40 inches. I bought this canopy as a replacement, however within 6 months it had faded to almost white from sage green. If I buy another I'll get white or ivory color...

Question:	The hub light will not turn off. I found the on/off switch
Answer:	Pretty sure you can’t. The umbrella is opened/closed by a pulley system inside the bar of the umbrella. The extension of the umbrella would play a part too.
Question:	The umbrella fell on’s the bottom pole is completely bent. Is there a way I can just get that bottom pole

Question:	How many lights on each rib? Is a stand sold for this umbrella
Answer:	We got it all and were pleased with it. Was a good quality. We got it last summer and I can't remember how it was shipped.
