Answer:	It would attach to a dock easily. My only concern would be heavy winds. Other than that it would make a nice boat house or dock canopy in my opinion.

Answer:	I wud think city restrictions wud apply to permanent building, not temporary tents that have no proper foundation. Prob U will find that most of this type canopies have 6 foot side height & this one is unusual. The height at the center of course will be much more than at the sides. I donno how hoidy toidy your city is on temporary structures. Of course you could lower a structure by using a post hole digger & putting some of the pole underground. You could even sink it deep into the ground, then hoist it up on occasion! Even put 6 electric hoisters, one with each pole.

2. Based upon those measurements, subtract 1-2 feet. For example, for a 13'x13'x13' measurement we suggest one 12' x 12' x12' product.

Due to curves, please keep in mind that our sun shade sails will be 4-6 inches shorter in middle width.

Answer:	You would be correct. The sides are only 5 1/2 ft tall and I have to duck under them.

Answer:	Probably not tall enough for a large trailer. Sides are only 5’ 9” on the sides. Taller in the middle of course. We added concrete-filled PVC pipes with bolts under each foot so the whole thing stands taller.

Answer:	The material seems heavy duty enough, however I think the material will come apart if it’s cut to fit. The edges are overlapped & sewn to prevent fraying. I would think this same procedure would be required if the sun shade were cut.

1. Shade sail's measurement should be taken from corner to corner.
2. Approximate how much area you want to shade. Locate 4 mounting points, they can be roof, trees, poles, wall, etc.
3. Take measurement of the 4 mounting points, leave 0.5 ft to 1 ft space for the hardware kits between the shade sail and the mounting points.
4. Install the hardware kits on 4 mounting points.

How to Install

1. If the space between shade sail and hardware kit is more than 1 ft, use cable wires as extension, to connect the shade sail to the hardware kits.
2. Install the shade sail, connect the D-ring to the hardware kits or cable wires.
3. Adjust the turnbuckles to create tension.
