Answer:	I don't remember it being a backpack. I bought it as a gift for someone last Christmas. I do remember it as very nice and the couple I bought it for loved it.

Answer:	While insulated, it is not rated for warm foods so we cannot say how well it would work for that. When opened, it measures 19 by 11 by 10 inches.

Answer:	No. The metal handle and frame detaches (all as one piece), but the basket is basically a heavy-duty, insulated, fabric bag, all one piece, with a drawstring at the top.

Answer:	I gave the baskets as gifts, so never used myself. But, from what I remember, a 9X13 would just barely fit. By small crock pot, I am guessing you mean a 2 -3 quart and that would definitely fit. You might even get the 4 quart one in there. It is not heavily insulated, but should keep something that started out hot, warm for a couple of hours.

Answer:	This basket is very strong, the bottom is not soft. I have carried at least 5 bottles of wine in this basket. Very well made.
Question:	I am looking for something to carry soup in freezer containers from my kitchen to freezer. Would this work for that or is the bottom too soft for that
Answer:	Yes, it stands up by itself due to the rigid sides and the thickness of the fabric. But the bottom is not a solid flat surface (zoom into the photo of the green one folded down, you can see the bottom is fabric). But the fabric is thick and double ply. I used this to carry dirty dishes from my office to my home dishwasher. A single mug would not stand upright in the basket, but if I packed them in, they did. (Hope that helps!)

Answer:	I don't think the cooler section is wide enough for a wine bottle. Divider is not removable.

Answer:	There was no blanket with the basket I received, but I was not expecting one.

Answer:	Not to me. I have never had a problem with the handle being slippery or a problem of any sort.
