Answer:	It does not support my head, my head hangs off a little bit. My feet also hang off and my ankles touch the bottom of the chair. It's a very small chair. I would not have bought it if I looked at it first.

Like a large shirt male, wearing a loose fit medium shirt, little less than comfortable & silly looking.

Answer:	Very easy. This is a small chair, so not heavy to push down like a standard recliner might be. I am barely 5 foot and have no problem

Answer:	I am 5'3" , and it is fine for me. We also have an XL version which my husband uses. He is taller than I but shorter than you, and he is comfortable in either one. I would suggest the XL for you. The XL wouldn't work for me, so I bought this one

This outdoor lounge recliner is designed with a locking system and can be adjusted to any desired positions from 0-144 degrees.

The length of chair when fully reclined is 68 inches.

Step 1

1. Take out the chair from carry bag.

2. Hold the cross bar on the back with one hand and hold the front leg tube with other hand.

3. Pull the cross bar up, while press the seat down as shown to fully open the frame.

Step 2

Pull the locking mechanism up and place it in the locked position.

Note: Pressing down on the armrest is more conducive to pulling the locking mechanism. Make sure it's fully locked before you sit.

Step 3

Press the footrest tube down into a straight position. The chair is now ready for reclining.

Step 4

Use the reclining locks under both armrests to lock the lounger in the desired position.

Note: Please pay attention to the direction of the locks.

Adjust the chair to the upright position and unlock the reclining locks.

To unlock, lift the locking mechanism up.

Lift the handle on the the footrest tube to fold.

Answer:	I use this chair indoors and out on a patio and it’s great! I would guess that it would work just as well in sand because once it’s open, you can recline and reposition yourself while the base remains stationary. Don’t know if the sand would scratch the paint though.

Answer:	This chair is great for my back but I would not let my Dad get in it or could he. It takes energy to push back and lock it and then get out of it. It depends on how elderly and frail but I would not suggest it for him unless he’s agile.

Answer:	I have owned 6 of these chairs and to my knowledge, it can not be positioned in a perfectly upright position. It always has a slight backward incline.

Answer:	I can't say it is "better" than other chairs, but it works for me. The last lounge chair (different brand, probably made in the same factory) nylon cord broke and the fabric used in the seating area tore. It has a life and won't last forever. Shop around and if and when you find one that is comfortable, buy it, enjoy it and replace it when the time comes.

Answer:	My recliner when tilted back raises the legs out flat and when all the way back is like resting on an ironing board. The gravity chair when in the more horizontal positions, keeps shoulders and knees above your hips with knees slightly bent. A much more comfortable and restful position than flat. A position similar to what your body would assume while floating at rest in a body of water or in outer space. In my case this chair allows me to sleep comfortably for eight hours every night. Without it my back pain limits me to about an hour at a time.
