Question:	Purchased this item June 23, '15. It developed a large separation of the material it the top of the cover. How is this addressed by the warranty
Answer:	Did you purchase it directly from Amazon or a reseller here on Amazon? Either way you should just be able to contact the manufacturer directly and in many cases they will want you to fax or email proof of purchase. If covered by warranty they will proceed from there in most cases just replacing it.

Answer:	This cover fits chairs up to 33.5"L X 31.5"W X 36"H.
Question:	I do not completely understand description in re: water resistant / water proof. Will this product keep rain off my chairs & keep them dry
Answer:	This means they are not water proof. Got different brand 5 or 6 years ago. After few years small amounts of water seeped through in a heavy rain but not a big problem. Could wipe it off with a paper towel. These are half the price of those. Water proof would require a more costly product, such as rubber. I'm hoping that with a 3 year warranty I'll get 5 years of use before they start disintegrating.

Answer:	if it gives dimensions in " product discription" it is probably the dimensions of the cover itself. sometimes the description will say "fits chairs up to...", in that case it is the chair dimension. they run true to size, so you might need an inch or two with in the cover wider than the chair dimension. i looked at the description for this one, it looks like if your chair is no bigger than the measurements, it should fit. Very nice product by the way. we are happy with ours.

Answer:	There is a small vent on the back side. I live in NC, so it’s fairly humid, and we haven’t had any mold issues. Also, our covers fit fairly loosely, so that may allow more air to circulate.

Question:	Are these covers machine washable
Answer:	Don’t know. Pretty bulky to fit in a washer. I sometimes just hose them off out on the patio.
Question:	how to measure the long and deep dimensions
Answer:	This unit is 26" W x 25" D x 34" H. You would measure your chair from the back to the front for the depth, measure the width across the arms and the height from the back of the chair to the floor.
Question:	Is this UV resistant
Answer:	Technically, I do not know, BUT so far it has been 2+ years and they are holding up very well.
Question:	How many high back chairs will this cover
Answer:	I can easily stack 4 chairs under the cover. I also have a Terrazzo cover that is longer and I can stack 8 chairs under. Don't know the number codes.

Answer:	No. They have a drawstring at the back and 1 clip close for one of the legs. I’ve never used either and these covers still stay put during our windy monsoon season in Phoenix, AZ.

Answer:	Width is how wide side to side/ left to right.
Question:	Will this cover a wicker rocker slider
Answer:	It would depend on how deep & how wide (32.5 deep/long x 27.5 wide x 39 high). If it is a two seater glider I would say no. That probably would require the sofa/love seat cover which is 58 in. Wide.

Answer:	This is really made for chairs and runs really big, it drags on the ground but has cords to tie it up with. Not sure of the measurements as it is packed away still for the summer but with the way it slopes in the front I don't think it would work for a sofa....It is as wide on as a outdoor patio chair....

Question:	I have 5 tall swivel patio chairs 27.5x31x45. the width is published at 25.5. will it stretch to cover 27.5 width
Answer:	This cover can fit a stack of chairs 33.5in.L x 25.5in.W x 45in.H.
Question:	Which measurement is which
Answer:	The 25 inch measurement is from arm to arm and the other measurement is from front to back. My chairs were a little wider but not as deep so I figured that it would still fit and it did. I had plenty of room to double stack to Fan back wicker chairs.
Question:	How do you clean mold off the inside of the covers? It is unbelievable that I have to CLEAN these covers now. We bought 4 chair covers (for expensive Allibert chairs) and one larger cover to fit over a Tangor Allibert chair (to test size before buying more) Spring of 2013. It is now October 2013, and the chairs were
Answer:	I have never had mold. Even on old covers. They do become discolored, but if they keep my chairs clean and dry, they are doing the job. I always hang them up when off the chairs and place them in sunlight to dry if they get wet.
Question:	I live in OH and get lots of snow etc..are these covers waterproof and do they crack from hot sun? This product is for veranda stackable chair cover
Answer:	I live in central OH and purchased the chair cover in early summer this year, so can speak for only a few month's summer use. My cover sits under open sky and gets sun from late morning on, so it gets all precipitation and nearly all sun. It seems completely waterproof, and I've not seen any cracking. The fabric is substantial and flexible -- more like canvas than thin plastic. I like to remove and replace the cover quickly, so I don't take time to cinch the bottom edge, so if it rains the chair feet get a little wet, but the rest of the chairs are dry and ready to use. Of course, being open at the bottom, the cover can't keep out atmospheric moisture, but in my situation that isn't a concern (my chair frames are aluminum, not steel). The cover has faded a bit, but that's inevitable and I actually prefer the lighter appearance. I am very pleased with the cover thus far and expect it will last several years. Hope that helps.

Question:	Has anyone been able to get "Classic Accessories"to honor the warranty successfully
Answer:	I have never had an issue, so I have not any reason to use their warranty.we have 8 or 9 different pieces and all are good, no issues
Question:	My chairs are boxy. No high back. 39" long, 34" deep and 29" high. Would these work
Answer:	I use these covers on my resin wicker boxy chairs and ottomans. They work great. There is a cinch at the btm to draw it tight and other then a sag at the top (because my chairs have no high back), these have served me very well for 3 years so far.
Question:	Very confused. 2-pk lg.lgr.chair says 31x37x40. single lg.lounge chair says 38x37x32 in. correct dimensions?? and is first number the w side2side
Answer:	I measured mine on the chairs basically trying to go from seam to seam. My measurements don't seem to line up with yours. Height 46, depth 35, and width 25. There doesn't seem to be a correlation between yours and mine. I have at least six chairs under the cover and perhaps seven.

Answer:	Honestly, this set is amazing...windstorm, snow, etc this set has survived it all and looks brand new. It is not cheaply made, it is very durable material. Question:	How many covers come in a package
Answer:	One cover per package.
Question:	Can you machine wash
Answer:	I’m guessing the washing machine would be okay because for two years running I have washed mine in the spring while still on the chairs with a pressure washer... after they dry, I removed them and fold them to put away for the summer.
Question:	In the item description, it says "25.5" long x 28.5" deep," but the image says the exact opposite length & depth. Which is correct
Answer:	I needed this cover for my round table that mesured 39 across, and my son took care of ordering a round cover.
Question:	Are there any straps to secure the cover to the chair in case of high winds
Answer:	The covers have elastic around the entire bottom of the chairs that should secure it to the chair tightly enough they will not blow off. Mine are not in direct wind, but just taking them off by hand can be difficult. Wind wouldn't blow them off.
