Answer:	For what it may be worth the company doesn't respond to inquiries and the hammock is crap that collapses under much less weight than it claims to hold but at least Amazon was willing to give me a refund and free return shipping. Reach out to them rather than the manufacturer.

Answer:	Same experience as others. This vendor is horrible. I got the tubes for the frame and the hammock, nothing else. They literally left out EVERYTHING you need to assemble the frame and hang the hammock on it. Amazon couldn’t do anything about getting me the missing parts. I just wanted what I paid for. Amazon should really monitor customer feedback more frequently ...... might help improve their growing reputation of serving as the procurement arm for cheap products and horrible operational models.

Question:	I bought the handing space capsule for my grandson and need a stand to hand it on. is this a good quality product and is it safe, does it tip over
Answer:	The BestMassage Hammock Chair Stand is a good quality, heavy duty product however I doubt you will find anyone that will tell you it is suited to a purpose other than what it was designed for, i.e a hammock chair stand. It is reliable for that and does not tip over easily if you are just sitting in it and perhaps gently swaying. I do not think it is meant to be used for anything where a lot of motion is involved.
Question:	how much width would this C stand need? we are patio challenged
Answer:	The width of the C stand will need about 3’ x 3.5’.

Answer:	Anything and anyone can be spray painted, but it would be well to get her permission before painting one’s little sister/brother/mother-in-law. That pithy advice notwithstanding, sure; the frame is already spray painted (technically powder coated), so properly prepared (sanded and cleaned) it can be repainted the color(s) of your choosing.
Question:	Does it need to be attached/screwed to the floor
Answer:	my 3 year old easily tipped this over the first day. the leg design is garbage and allows the stand to very easily fall over when rocked, very lightly, from left to right. I don't understand why it's not more squared and especially why there is no flange that could allow for a ~2" thick paver to be laid down on the base to prevent tipping. The only way I see securing it would be via floor anchor which is much greater of a commitment than I assume any buyers would be willing to make for this thing.

Answer:	Yes, I washed it in a washing machine, gentle cycle. I don't recommended drying it for too long, it will shrink.

Answer:	I just went outside with the tape measure. The frame stretches ten feet in length from top hook to top hook. The width of the base poles are four feet. It does take up a good deal of space (more than expected), but not unreasonable. It should be noted that it is really easy to assemble and disassemble and put in the bag, so it doesn't need to take up patio space all of the the time. It only takes a few minutes and one person to put together or pull apart. Hope that helps! We are really enjoying this hammock.
