Question:	From what I’m getting this does not come with the hardware to hang, or the rope to hang it
Answer:	Yes it does. I have had my for 48 hours and it is shedding on my light color rugs. I will be return these rugs.
Question:	What is the frame made out of
Answer:	mine is pretty close to 2 ft. at its widest point at the bottom and 3 ft. long, my rug is black and i really like it as a small throw rug at the end of my bed
Question:	Would this be good for high school aged teens to sit in and sit back and watch tv or is it too small
Answer:	The product is entirely synthetic. I’d recommend a no slip runner if you have hardwood or stone/tile floor.
Question:	Is that an Olsen Twin is the cover photo
Answer:	I would not recommend washing. I thought I had some recollection that the rug was machine washable but it ruined the texture of the fur.

Question:	How can I repair a strand of the chair that has become unwound
Answer:	We cannot recommend any form of alteration or repair for our item as it was not manufactured to be used as such, and also has not been tested in that manner. Any form of alteration would void the warrant. Please refer to your warranty details and contact the following parties appropriately so that you may have the item replaced, refunded, or returned for any damages that has occurred.
Question:	Can anybody report on the durability and water proofness of the cushions? We have a covered deck but just curious
Answer:	The cushions seem to be waterproof enough. We also have the swings on a covered deck, got bit of rain that blew onto them and it beaded up, so appeared to be waterproof material. These are beautiful swings. I ordered 2 and we love them.
Question:	Does the swing come with a chain to hang it
Answer:	It has a Chain and a Carabiner. Basically every thing you need to hang it on a stand. If you are hanging it from a ceiling you will need another length of chain.

Question:	Can the height be adjusted so it hangs lower to the ground? Also, could a 3 and 5 year old both fit on it at the same time
Answer:	I have a very high attachment point. With the hanging straps provided my 5 year found it difficult to enter/edit. The problem was solved with a length of chain that lowered the attachment point. I have a 5 year old and a 7 year old. Each have their own Kids Pod. I have seen both "fit" into one, but I can't say they looked comfortable.
Question:	Can the hardware be drilled into exposed rafter beams in a basement? Can someone explain how, please? Instructions are terrible
Answer:	Yes you can drill directly into the rafter beams. We didn't use the hardware provided by the company we went to Lowe's and bought better stuff.
Question:	How do you install the ceiling nut that it comes with? The instructions are terrible
Answer:	It will be different for everyone. For me, it was extremely difficult, but possible. I installed it on my second floor and was able to go into the attic above the room and put the nut on from the top. You must find a 2x4 in the ceiling, drill a hole all the way through it, then access the bolt from its exit point to screw on the nut from above. If you don't have an attic or cannot see or access the ceiling above where you want to mount it then return it immediately. Also, I had to purchase a new bolt because the one it came with was too short and the threads didn't make it through the 2x4.
Question:	how much weight can it hold
Answer:	The hanging equipment that comes with does not hold much weight. My son is 4 and 55lbs and my husband who's worked construction for 15yrs, mounted this into the ceiling, and the hardware ripped out all bent and warped after 2 weeks. I'd suggest purchasing the mounting hardware elsewhere.
