Question: Can the height be adjusted so it hangs lower to the ground? Also, could a 3 and 5 year old both fit on it at the same time
Answer: I have a very high attachment point. With the hanging straps provided my 5 year found it difficult to enter/edit. The problem was solved with a length of chain that lowered the attachment point. I have a 5 year old and a 7 year old. Each have their own Kids Pod. I have seen both "fit" into one, but I can't say they looked comfortable.
Question: Can the hardware be drilled into exposed rafter beams in a basement? Can someone explain how, please? Instructions are terrible
Answer: Yes you can drill directly into the rafter beams. We didn't use the hardware provided by the company we went to Lowe's and bought better stuff.
Question: How do you install the ceiling nut that it comes with? The instructions are terrible
Answer: It will be different for everyone. For me, it was extremely difficult, but possible. I installed it on my second floor and was able to go into the attic above the room and put the nut on from the top. You must find a 2x4 in the ceiling, drill a hole all the way through it, then access the bolt from its exit point to screw on the nut from above. If you don't have an attic or cannot see or access the ceiling above where you want to mount it then return it immediately. Also, I had to purchase a new bolt because the one it came with was too short and the threads didn't make it through the 2x4.
Question: how much weight can it hold
Answer: The hanging equipment that comes with does not hold much weight. My son is 4 and 55lbs and my husband who's worked construction for 15yrs, mounted this into the ceiling, and the hardware ripped out all bent and warped after 2 weeks. I'd suggest purchasing the mounting hardware elsewhere.

Answer: It depends on how high the desk is. My husband had a high desk and the chair goes in just fine. The arms aren’t so high that it’s impossible.

Answer: Seat height is adjustable. Bottom of seat is about 14.5 inches off the ground, top of seat is about 18.5 inches off ground at it's lowest point. Still a little high for my desk, with keypad attached under desktop.

Answer: I thought the very same thing... no directions! However, the directions were inside the plastic bag which contained the back or seat of the chair. I like the chair... it looks great and is very comfortable! I did swap out the wheels to a quality set of 3" rubber wheels, as the floor is porcelain tile... it made a nice difference. The wheels were purchased from Amazon and had great reviews for $23.95... Question: Mine did not come with Instructions for hanging... help
Answer: Dont know if they make this model in microfiber. But i had microfiber in another brand and got shocked when i sat or got up. I agree, Frabric would be nice. I have fabric at home that was given to me. The faux leather does come apart and leaves a mess on the floor. Real leather wouldnt do that, but would be very expensive.
