Question:	Anyone build a wood foundation? Instruction indicate 12'4" frame is needed. But this means 14' boards cut back and a 4x8 OSB ripped to 4". Correct
Answer:	That is correct. I used 2x6 lumber with joists at 12" because I have a lot of heavy equipment in there. Very pleased with the shed 1 year later

Answer:	An exact measurement of the bottom of the shed (floor) is 94 in x 148 in. So if you have a concrete slab that is this size or a little bigger, then you're good.
Question:	Waht is the square footage of the roof area
Answer:	Richard, the space above the roof trusses is about 100 sq ft. However, that is a little misleading in that there is only about 1 foot of clearance from the roof truss to the peek to the roof. Of course, the space above the roof tapers down the closer you get to the inside edge of the roof. I utilize this space to store long/heavy items and garden tools, e.g., big crow bars, rakes, hose extensions etc. All in all I am very pleased with the shed. I hope this helps G. L.

Answer:	I haven't had any leaks in the skylights or windows. I used the sealant given and I think more of my own and no leaks. I don't believe the door is sealed but no leaks there either.
Question:	I was considering buying this for my daughter's as a playhouse. I am concerned if it would get too hot for them. Thoughts
Answer:	I live in Sunny San Diego, CA, and we have been having some warmer than Usual warm weather here. If I need to go into the shed during the day after being closed up, It is really warm inside. If I leave both doors open for awhile naturally the temperature inside equals the outside temperature. The back of my shed is up against a fence, so it doesn't do much good to open the back window. I have thought about installing a fan or 2 in the vents on each end of the building. I haven't done it yet, since I use the shed as it was intended as a storage shed. If I decide to use it as a work shed, where I would be staying in the shed for periods at a time, I'll figure out some way to install vent fans. It took me and my 20 year old grandson about 10 hours to assemble the shed. I'm very pleased and Happy with the shed. I installed (2) 48 W X 24 D X 60 H shelves along the rear wall, leaving me plenty of room to walk around inside. I built my 2 daughters, what I thought was a large doll house, 8 X 10 floor plan, some 35 years ago out of wood, but this 8 X 10 shed seems much larger inside, because of it's height. Answer:	Yes, the package comes with the floor buti t will still have to sit on a strong foundation. The floor is soft so you have to be careful of sharp corners or tools or other stuff you intend to store in there.

Answer:	There is one door in the center of the 15' side and one door that can be placed on the right or left of the 8' side.

Answer:	It came in 3 boxes, each about 1 1/2 feet by 3 feet x 8 feet, all strapped to a pallet weighing about 750 pounds. The delivery man cut the straps and helped me slide each one from the trailer lift gate to my lawn tractor trailer at the street. I then slid each one off my trailer.

Answer:	The most important thing is to start as level as possible. The shed comes with a floor but you do need a foundation. The options are a wood platform made with treated 4x4's and 2x4's and plywood. You can also use pea gravel or crushed stone.

Answer:	I would not recommend that. Even though it's sturdy after it's built, it is still made of plastic and I wouldn't trust it for something like a natural disaster.

Answer:	It will not work that way. You need a solid base for the plastic flooring. Trust me, I just built one on 9/29-30/2019. Make sure it is level or the shed will not be ad you are asking for leaks.

Answer:	I did not have this style of an arrow shed. Mine was a 12' x 10'. My Arrow shed was a pain to put together because so many of the holes did not align so as to put the screws through which caused many headaches while assembling.

Answer:	Unfortunately this model is not designed for shelves.
Question:	Is this waterproof
Answer:	This shed is water-resistant, but not water-proof. If you are storing items inside you want to remain dry, you might consider also placing them inside plastic bags just to be safe.
Question:	Can you install shelves in this unit
Answer:	We do not currently have shelves that are compatible with this model. You could possibly find some free-standing shelves to set inside.
Question:	Does the roof slant towards the doors? Or does it slant towards the back
Answer:	The roof slants slightly towards the doors.

Question:	Will the door work on either side
Answer:	Yes, the door works on either side. They also sell the extension piece which I used and I installed the door on the other side. GREAT SHED!!
Question:	How secure are the skylights against rain
Answer:	I own this. It is in my backyard, and was when a tornado touched down about a block down from our house. Even though our foundation is slightly off, which makes the doors slightly off as well, everything is just as was before. The entire shed has been through wind, rain, and snow and is still just as perfect as when purchased.
Question:	Does anyone know how this holds up in very hot locations i.e. 100+ & lows in teen
Answer:	I live outside of Philadelphia. Look up the temperature range. We dis have an extended cold winter (~20's) and normal hot July/Augusts in the 90's. I appears to be doing quite well after 2 years.
