Answer:	Hi! Yes I have had two people sit on it at about 150 pounds each. I have had mine for 3 years and it is as nice as the day I bought it, it is very water tight as well. I live in New England and leave it outside all winter. I highly reccomend tis product!!!!!!!!!!

It closes rather tightly, seems to be water proof, and can be locked, so I see no reason you could not use it for pool chemical storage unless there are regulations I am not aware of. It is sturdy, weather tight, for the most part. That is all I can tell you.

Answer:	There are some screws that hold panels together, gas struts and related mounting brackets. I don't see chlorine tablets, or the acid in the bottles corroding unless there is direct contact. Tablets in packets, or buckets are sealed when I had a pool.

Answer:	Thank you for your interest in our products. Our storage sheds are made of high density polyethylene. One of the features of this plastic is that it is easy to clean because materials do not adhere well to it. Unfortunately, this property prevents adhesives or paints from sticking well.

Answer:	Okay, I will say this much. I read here, and went to Rubbermaid. Shelves are SUPPOSE to be 28.25 X 9.25. After I received my storage units and put it together the actual dimensions of my unit's shelf are 29.5 X 10. This was for the top shelf. So, for those whom are curious, go to the local hardware store and get a 6'X10" common pine board and cut to length. Cut out the corners per the recommendation and these will fit very snug.

Answer:	I also noted that the description includes the phrase dry and ventilated. Other than the fact that the box simply 'snaps' together and the lid simply lays on the top rim when closed, it appears that it may not create an airtight seal. But other than that I don't see any provided vents or features that would provide any more ventilation than that noted above. It does however, appear to be able to keep rain out as we just had a storm of 1.75 inches of rain and the cushions in the box remained dry.

Answer:	I would highly dought it is mouse proof and yes items will get chewed and has nothing to do with food ! I suggest putting mouse traps or deacon in the box itself. I’m an exterminator by trade and see damage all the time .My one pop up camper canvas got destroyed by mice and we didn’t have one drop of food on there ! Mice and rodents have a biological need to chew that keeps their incisors from growing too long .Nothing to do with food.

Answer:	I believe each section is 29 in wide

Answer:	Lighter than a navy but not really blue green. It is a medium blue. Note the dimensions the furniture is small. Fine for one or two but no more. Also lower to the ground. Measure it out so you’re not surprised. Sturdy enough

Question:	Is it animal proof particulsrly to chipmunks and swuirrels
Answer:	The cushions are not sewn together and there is no way to tie them on so they move around constantly. I’m looking for a way to keep them in place because otherwise I love this set for the price.

Question:	will this keep mice out? We have a lot of mice at our vacation cabin, which is in the woods
Answer:	I don't think it will keep mice out. There are vents on each short side just under the lid. You would need ro fill in these areas if you wanted to be rodentproof
Question:	What is the difference between this one and the premier
Answer:	I am not sure of the diference however the Cover of mine warped as soon as installed. The company sent me a new top however I have not installed as of yet. I believe that their top needs to have stiffening bars on each side. This would prevent the top from warping in the sun or in the cold. If the premier has a better Lid/Top then I would get that one. I did not look up the price difference.

Answer:	The bottom is a flat piece of plastic that sits directly on the ground/ floor.
