| Answer: | There are wires inside the steel cable that connects the doorbox (i.e. the large package container) and the locking assembly that connects to the Doorknob. Additionally, there are wires that wraps around the doorbox. All these wires finally end inside a secure alarm box that is situated inside and at the bottom of Doorbox itself. And all these wires are connected in series to an alarm inside the alarm box. If anyone a) tries to cut the steel cable or b) cuts the Doorbox itself, the continuity in these wires will be disrupted, and the 125 decibel alarm would sound from inside the alam box. There will not be ANY ALARM for opening or closing the Doorbox. Alarm will sound IF AND ONLY IF either of "a" or "b" explained above happens. Hope it helps. | Question: | If i choose not to attach the floor of the box, will that be a problem? I am not buying for the purpose of getting deliveries |
| Answer: | Unless you have a plan/method as to how to keep the walls together without wobbling, yes, I think you could have an issue. The four walls attach to each other, and they all attach to the bottom floor plate. Without the floor, the walls could wobble side-to-side, I think. You could try some small metal L-shaped brackets, but that would require some simple drilling on plastic and screws. I hope this helped. |

| Answer: | I didn't use the bottom because I'm using it as a cover for my well in my front yard. It fits just right over it and I put a plant on it. Looks great. You could have the bottom from mine if you want to pay to mail it to you. |
