Answer:	This is the Aerator Attachment which is compatible with all Mantis 7000 series tillers. The blades are straight and slice slits in the lawn. You could use it for stirring up your compost heap. But if you already have a Mantis tiller, the tilling/cultivating tines on the tillers will also mix up the compost nicely, too.

Answer:	Yes it can. And another tip: If you want to edge deeply (to 3 or 4 inches), place the wheel on the left axle and the edger blade on the right axle. If you want to edge shallow (to 1 or 2 inches), place the wheel on the right axle and the edger blade on the left axle.

Answer:	The tire is 1 3/8" wide . The hub/ rim is offset from the tire with a center shaft whole which is 1 1/2" deep x 7/16" in dia.

Answer:	I actually bought this for using it along the edge of the sidewalk and in other areas where my flower beds meet up with grass. It does not work well with the sidewalk as the tines hit the side walk (hard to control) and leave a wider gap between the sidewalk and grass than I like. And it grabs my landscape fabric that's under my mulch when trying to use it around my beds that meet up with the grass. It works real well around my veggie garden that is surround by grass where there are not sidewalk and no landscape fabric.
