| Answer: | Might have to take it to a Ryobi repair shop. I took all the screws out of the trimmer end and tried to rotate it back and forth. It finally went back to normal. I tried to take it to Home Depot repair shop but they said they send it out and it would take about 3-6 weeks. I don’t use it as an edger anymore. If I do I just turn it upside down. If I knew I was going to have this problem I would have gotten another brand. |

| Answer: | You can purchase separately the "Ryobi Bladed Trimmer Head" that usually come in a (2) pack for around $20.00 They are just "OK" because the blades wear down quickly during use. |
