Answer:	I Always wear a T-shirt when I put mine on. I never have it directly on the skin. So I usually really don’t have too much of a problem. For me I am comfortable with using a T-shirt.

Answer:	Absolutely, put it on, a t shiry and a sweater, you want to get as hot as possible, and remember to always have water with you, go for a half hour run, start off with 5minutes if you do not have the stamina, or even walk. The point is to get moving and your body sweating. Eventually work your way to an hour or more aday and you'll see your waist trim down in no time. This product helps your midsection sweat more, therefore allowing your body to loose more water content in that area (fat.) I hope this ansers your queation.
