If they will not or do not respond contact an electric motor repair shop in your community they can help you. Answer:	After 3 years of use, I found the battery did not hold a charge as long as it used to so I ordered a second battery and now rotate them, using the newer battery to do all of the front yard and part of the back, and using the older battery to finish up each week.

Answer:	I have found the grass collects in the chute leading to where the bag attaches to the mower. I have a small lawn and I just open the rear door, let the grass blow out and then mow back over the "clump" of grass. However, if the chute is really full, it is more problematic. It would be nice to have an insert to place in that chute like a Neuton has.
Question:	Why isn't the Ryobi Battery on the hedge trimmers compatible with the battery on the edger
Answer:	I would suggest washing it by hand. A half a pump of the Dawn Platinum Foam soap will get that nice and clean. Heat causes wood to warp, so avoid putting wooden objects in your dishwasher. Answer:	TIP: this is a cutter, not a shovel & should not be used for shoveling or lifting out grass/sod like you would with a shovel. For best results, place the blade next to the sidewalk to be trimmed, with shaft straight up vertically against the edge of the sidewalk, then stomp straight down on the edger shearing off any overhanging grass or sod. Repeat this cutting process along the sidewalk until finished. Then with a regular shovel easily scoop up the trimmed grass/sod & dispose.
