Answer:	If you have a few drops, then yes they work great. If you’re leaking quite a bit then you’ll need something thicker or need to change them frequently.

Answer:	I have not seen them specifically for bladder leaks, probably because there is a smaller pad area for the thong. I think the thong would be effective with bladder leaks since it holds a lot of leakage from a tampon. I am always surprised how much liquid the pad will hold & protect my clothes from staining. Kotex has done a great job making a pad that you don't feel & holds a ton of liquid
