| Answer: | Small engines like this have an oil pressure switch. No oil, no workie. Make sure that it is on a level surface. Sometimes if the slope is too much, the oil won't float the oil pressure switch and it won't start. Another common problem with small engines is a BAD oil pressure switch - and they do go bad. With a little electrical knowledge, you can jumper (bypass) the switch - if it starts then make sure that you get a new oil pressure switch. |

Unless you receive a unit with a rare manufacturing defect or you improperly operate/maintain the machine, I can't see how you will have any issues. | Answer: | My pump came with oil. Although it was poorly packaged and if you box was the slightest bit damaged it probably came out of the box. The oil it came with says 10W30 non detergent oil. This is for the pump only. |

| Answer: | The spray gun connects to the Lance "spray wand" with an M22 connection (already attached out of the box) the lance "spray wand" has a 1/4" quick connect at the end for spray tips. You do not need any additional fittings to use the included spray tips included in the box. Be aware the Simpson standard lance quick connect is shorter then other brands and some third party accessories wont fit (its to shallow it will slide in but never lock). |
