Answer:	In answer to your questions: Yes, this product can be used on color hair I have used this product twice, and had no damage. But, my hair had no damage prior to using it either. I think this will depend on how curly your hair is currently. If you hair is super curly, it will lessen the curl and make it easier to blow-dry and style. If you hair is not very curly, you would still be able to wear it curly if you did not want to blow-dry it. It would just not be as curly. I hope this helps.

Answer:	You wash your hair really good. Do not use conditioner because you hair needs to be squeaky clean. Blow dry your hair and apply product. Not too much, use a small tooth comb after you apply and excess will come off. After you finish applying next step is to blow dry hair. Be gentle with your hair because it feels weird at this point. Make sure it is completely dry. It can be hard to tell if it is dry because of the texture it makes you hair at this point. Then section your hair so you don't miss any. Straighten with flat iron. Run flat iron about 3 or 4 times before getting another piece to straighten. Leave on about 6 hours. I usually do this before I go to bed then wash out in morning. I think on bleached hair you need to be cautious of the heat coming from the flat iron that hair is more delicate and it does not need that as hot of flattering that you can actually still burn your hair with iron while doing this product if you do it improperly.

Answer:	I would follow the instructions. Wash twice with the ph balancing cleanser apply the keratin and then wash the keratin out blow dry and flat iron. If you don’t was prior to the keratin you risk the application of the straightener not being even or worse than that your hair won’t be the proper ph to absorb the product. If you don’t wash it after you take the chance of burning your hair with the product on it. To lessen any mishaps I would just do as they suggest.

Step 1

The Application starts with washing the hair twice with GKhair pH+ Clarifying Shampoo. The Clarifying Shampoo preps the hair for the Juvexin treatment and removes excess build up and styling products from the hair. Towel dry and brush the hair.

Step 2

Section the hair in ½-inch each and use the application brush to apply “The Best” on each ½-inch section of hair. DO NOT APPLY ON THE SCALP. Be sure to stay ¼-inch away from the scalp while combing or massaging the product through the hair. Be generous with the strokes as all of the hair needs to be saturated in order for the treatment to have maximum effect.

Step 3

Allow the product to sit on the hair for 40 to 60 minutes.

a) 40 minutes for fine, wavy hair

b) 60 minutes for thick, coarse, tight curly hair to maximize the smoothing results. Cover the hair with a plastic cap.

Step 4

Rinse the hair with warm water until the products runs clear out of the hair. If hair is over-processed or red, shampoo the hair with GKhair Moisturizing Shampoo focusing on the ends to remove excess product.

Step 5

Apply the Deep Conditioner and rinse off after 5 minutes.

Step 6

Blow dry the hair straight on high heat with a round brush using sufficient tension to smooth the hair until 100% dry.

Step 7

Section the hair and flat iron with GKhair Titanium Flat iron at 410 degrees. If the hair is over processed, flat-iron at 370 degrees, lower the temperature further if the hair is very weak and damaged; especially towards the ends of the hair. Pass the flat iron about 2-4 times on each section.

Step 8

Clients are free to wash their hair at any time after the treatment, using GKhair Shampoos and Conditioners fortified with Juvexin to maintain the results of the treatment.

Answer:	It's possible that the clarifying shampoo will change the color of your highlights. I use the system (I love it) but it has lightened (just a bit) my colored and highlighted hair. I'm not sure if it's the clarifying shampoo or the formaldehyde that's in the straightening mixture.
Question:	After you put this treatment in your hair, can you still get volume in the crown area? Or does it tend to flatten hair
Answer:	It will flatten your hair considerably, crown and all over, especially if you have fine hair like I do. It takes about 2 months to get some volume back. That's the trade-off, no frizzies but flat hair. I still love it though.
Question:	I have naturally curly hair, and I understand this will last 3-4 months. If I use this product will my hair regain it's natural curl back
Answer:	Yes, as your hair starts to grow after the 3-4 months mark you notice your roots coming a little more wavy than the rest of your hair. I highly recommend the ‘Keratin forte’ better than this one. This one is too mild for me even that my hair is not that curly. Loved the shampoo and conditioner.
