Answer:	It’s been more than a year since I installed this carburetor on my PB251. I don’t remember the tubes being attached to the carburetor, but I do recall that they were pulled through the fuel tank grommet. I think this carburetor can be used on other motors than that of the PB251, so extra parts are possibly included for the other motor applications it also can be used for. The extra tubing was left over from my installation.
