Answer:	I own a 43" 4K Sceptre TV that is 5yrs old, and a 55" 4K Sceptre TV that is 3yrs old. Both were separate Black Friday deals from Walmart and I got the $30-ish 3yr warranty on both but never needed it because they still work fine. I'd suggest buying them at a store so you can return them if they are defective because trying to ship them back will cost more time/money/effort than it's worth if you get a bad one which will obviously happen more often with a "cheap" brand like this vs something like a Samsung. These were the first 2 non "high-end" name brand items I've ever bought and I've been happy with both because I was planning on paying $1399 for a Samsung 55" 4K TV but this Sceptre 55" 4K TV was only $329 in 2016 and works nearly as well as the Samsung...still working fine in Oct 2019.

Answer:	Pls do as my suggestions below: Step1: Test it ok or NOT, test it with the other TV in your bedroom, if it is working fine, then go to Step 2, if it can't pick up any channel, then it is proved broken, pls contact with Amazon for an exchange. Step2: Test if the newer TV in your family room has a built-in ATSC tuner or NOT(usually the TV manufactured after 2007 should have a built-in ATSC tuner),just install the other antenna which worked great in your bedroom TV on this newer TV,if it won't work,it is easily to judge that your newer TV has no ATSC tuner, then you have to get a HDTV receiver(digital converter box). If the instruction book says the newer TV has a built-in ATSC tuner,but both of antennas pick up nothing, go to Step3: Step3: Pls check if the ANT/IN port on the back of TV was damaged or if something iron/metal in the family room blocking the signals.Try to put it as high on window and see what will happen. If there is still any query about the 2nd antenna, pls feel free to contact with seller,they must be professional to solve all problems.

Answer:	Yes, I think so. It has performed quite well for us in out motor home. We use it as a DVD player as well, not a TV. Only negative, a little slow to respond, but nice picture and volume for us. Hope this helps!

Answer:	the box says without the stand the width is 2.01" and I measured it and that seams to be right. The stand is 6" wide. The picture is GREAT and clear. Sound is not all that great as far as loudness but the sound is crisp and not static. I hook it up to my stereo in my RV and the sound is perfect. The best part is the 12 volt hardly draws from the battery. I used it for 8 hours straight to see how my marine battery would last using it. its still had enough battery left to keep going. You will not be sorry if you buy one its nice. Hope this helps
