Answer:	I suppose 1/16th of an inch can make a huge difference to one with smaller hands. I measure the nut width on my Jasmine guitar at, 1 11/16". I find the Jasmine to be well made, and worthy of every cent I paid for it. It is convenient, and has a very acceptable tone quality for informal playing. It stays in tune, and in close quarters, provides all the sound one could expect in a small instrument. I highly recommend it for this purpose or a practice piece.

Answer:	It is the right size for a small child but the sound quality wasn't good, so we returned it. I would not recommend it, even for a beginner child. The body size is: 15-1/2" long; the upper bout is 9" wide; the lower bout is 12-1/2" wide.

Answer:	No, it would more appropriately be labeled as a 7/8. Guitars typically categorized as "3/4 sized" usually have around a 22.5" scale. This one is almost an inch longer.

Answer:	The strings are relatively close to the neck. I thought it would have a “cheap” sound to it, but once I put new strings on it really had a great sound.

Answer:	Zippers, pockets, finish and size are all good quality. Material is tough. There are a few innovative elements like the non-skid rubber foot and placement of the handle at the midpoint that make it easy to maneuver the guitar once loaded. The shoulder straps are nice if your walking and need to carry something in addition to the guitar. The padding is minimally adequate. That's not a quality issue. It's an economy issue. I only paid $16. My guitar fits perfectly - shallow bowl Adams style model

Answer:	I think an electric guitar would not be snug in this case. It is large enough for an acoustic guitar, which is much thicker than an electric.

Answer:	From images I have seen on the web, the archtop jazz guitar looks shallower than a dreadnought acoustic. Measure the overall length. If it's less than 41 inches, you're probably good to go.
