Answer:	I have pretty good luck with the sweeper picking up acorns and small twigs that fall from my oak trees. If I use a low brush height setting, and hold the sweeper at a high angle to the ground, it does a nice job. It takes multiple passes, but it will pick up a lot (though not all) of the acorns.

Answer:	Well...the only things that you will have adjusted the height with the brush underneath. But I don't guarantee that will work well. I always used broom and rake to put on the lawn as well. Answer:	Really shouldn't be any problem., although ones that are lying parallel to your direction my require a second pass from the side of them.

Answer:	Maybe you did not assembly it correctllllllyl. I had that rouble at first. Due to what I asee as a wrong picture in assembling the side rods of the main frame. To me the picture is wrong, upside down and backwards. I got help from Cust. Service and they corrected me. I had to take it almost all apart and start over. (THeir assembly manual also had major errors in comparison of the unit that I got. ) By re-assembling it carefully, it rolls ok. I alerted CUst./ SErvice of the errors and agreed to redraw the wrong diagram to show them. But I never heard back. Contact Cust. Question:	What is wheel to brush ratio
Answer:	The wheels were pre-installed on my unit (bought a scratch and dent unit) height off the ground seemed very low but is a little over an inch and a half after I removed the wheels and changed how they were installed. There were other holes pre-drilled which helped raise the unit. Unit worked great removing leaves and debris from the yard. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I don’t know the ratio but it didn’t really matter because as soon as you start moving, even pulling by hand, the wheels turn the brushes fast enough to pick up just about anything. I will never touch a garden or leaf rake for the rest of my life.

These spiral plastic brushes have worn very little over the last 3 years and that little sweeper is a lot more practical to me than some large, motorized leaf vacuum. I've had zero problems, although I will probably look over the sweeper for wear at the end of this fall for any proactive parts that might be needed (if they're reasonable, otherwise I might jut buy a new one next year, the 42" works great in tight spots).

Answer:	I never experienced that but my lawn is only 40 x 80 ft so I may have not run it long enough for the motor to overheat. Or maybe the others are using it without the bag and cutting deeper. I got about 120ft into my lawn and it was time to stop and empty the bag. I was very pleased with the result (it dug up the dead grass without laying waste to the live grass) and it performed much better than the one I got from the rental company. If I run it one more time, it will have paid for itself. Your results may vary but I am happy with its performance!

Answer:	This machine works great for hatching your lawn. I don't use the bag because it fills up so fast. I go over the lawn with it then go over it again with the mower to pick up all of the stuff it pulls up. I have had multiple neighbors use it and it is by far worth to money.

Answer:	The pecan machine will pick up nuts with the diameter of 3/8" - 1 1/4". I am not real familiar with ginko berries. If the berries are smaller your would need our small acorn, which picks up 1/4" - 1" in diameter. If they are larger you would need the sweet gum ball, which picks up 5/8"- 1 1/2" in diameter.

You need to have short grass to collect the acorns. The blue wheels have to be able to touch the acorn to pick it up. If the acorns get imbedded into the dirt, due to heavy rain, then the machine will have a hard time collecting them. You will need to get a rake and release the acorns from the dirt in order for the Bag-A-Nut Harvester to pick it up. We also sell weight attachment brackets that can be installed on the 18" Harvester to help pick up acorns in really thick grass. Answer:	I have a few here and it has picked them up. I have more pine needles than gumballs if you are meaning the sharp balls from a gum tree
