Answer:	The first glass appears to be loaded with minerals. Thats the reason. The water that stays still inside this alkaline filter, will absorb the minerals after some minutes and thats the taste. What i’ve been doing is filling a 2 litter glass bottle and serve water that way. You can get a cheap PPM meter (for $10-$15 on amazon), and you can confirm what I am saying. First batches come full of minerals, then almost no minerals.
Question:	are they BPA free
Answer:	You should use this with a complete RO system for the best results especially if you have a well system. If you are on public water and do not wish to invest in an RO system, you should at least add a 10 or 5 micron sediment filter before this one to prevent it from getting junked up. In the end, there really is no substitute for an RO system.
Question:	Do lids hold tight? Or do liquids within spill out on shaking
Answer:	i believe so. Its usually the last filter i change everytime

Answer:	I am not sure but I should think so -- at least the rubber top! Oxo is an excellent maker of kitchen utensils and I imagine the bristles would be BPA free. You might put that question to Oxo directly. Even if not, a person is using the brush on things under a stream of water usually and in that case it shouldn't be much of a problem either way. Just my opinion.
Question:	I have a John Deere X 360 with 48" deck ,no grass catcher attacment. Will This work, or do I have to buy other attachments to make it work
Answer:	It is firm enough to remove most of the corn silks without damaging the kernals, if that is what you mean. I find it is stiff enough to clean root veggies, but not tear the skin of a thin skinned tomato. So far, the bristles have kept their shape. I throw it in the dishwasher to sanitize.
Question:	I have a craftsman 42" zero turn tracktor with no bag or hitch setup, does this come with any provitions to attach to the deck of the lawn tractor
Answer:	It fits in the palm of my hand nicely. Perhaps the size of a lemon. If you want I can measure it for you for exact dimensions.

Answer:	I have to disagree with the others who say that the bristles are firm. On this brush, it works well for zucchini and cucumbers and waxy red or yellow potatoes, excetera. However, I find that the bristles are far too soft for russet potatoes.

Answer:	Put the whole syringe into the container. The FDA discourages users from trying to disconnect the needle from the body...to much chance of a needle stick happening!

Answer:	That IS the adapter... you have to cut an opening in the side of it to fit your mower. You also have to make or purchase a bracket to hang it on your mower.
Question:	Does this impeller fit the tampered shaft or straight shaft
Answer:	You will need to Cut to fit.
Question:	What Briggs and strattion engine has a tapered shaft if not how can I change to tapered
Answer:	It is a single item. No templates or hardware.
Question:	What is the outside diameter
Answer:	For my Ariens 42" deck, I had to fabricate a simple bracket using a 6" long iron angle piece and a piece of 1/8 or so metal plate, welded together. The metal plate portion was attached to the adapter by drilling two holes and using two bolts and nuts, the iron angle had also two holes drilled in it and bolts in the holes on the deck that normally attach the plastic deflector. Cutting the opening in the adapter is a delicate job, you don't want to end up with too large of an opening, but with a drill, a jigsaw and some patience it bexomes an easy job. There is a great video of this on Youtube if you search for it, it proved very useful to me. Overall, I am extremely satisfied of this adapter, solid as a rock! Good luck!

Answer:	Not sure if the Himal Outdoor Zero Turn Mover Cover will fit your cub cadet 42" zero turn, your would have to get the dimensions of your cub cadet and compare it to the Himal Outdoor Zero Turn Mower Cover dimensions. My guess is that it would fit your cub cadet as it fits my Toro 32" zero turn mower with extra room when I cover it. Hope this helps.
Question:	It looks like there is NOT a cover on the hopper that would prevent leaves from rolling/blowing out as some models have. Am I correct? Thanks
Answer:	I have a 52" Gravely zero turn that measures 65" wide with the chute out and it easily covers it with a little room to spare, so I would think it would cover a 65". My mower is also 72" front to back on center, if that helps.
Question:	Has anyone mowed and swept (in the offset position) with it at the same time? Does that work? Does it pull straight
Answer:	Don't know the dimensions of the Kubota ZD221, but the Toro riding lawnmower measures, Height 40.7", Lenght 71.8", Width 35.3 ". The Himal cover fits this riding mower easy. The cover has two hold down straps at the bottom part of the cover to cinch the cover from side to side. Hope this helps for your Kubota.
