Answer:	'Global Tool Works' (Group in China) manufactures Snapper & Greenworks mowers and battery packs no matter what name is on them. GTW also makes Kobalt, probably others.

Answer:	45 minutes is what is advertised. But it all depends on how tough your turf grass is. Thick St. Augustine will shorten the battery charge significantly. Add moisture to the mix and it's even shorter. On average battery charge is reduced by nearly half for thick grass that is holding any moisture.
Question:	is it possible to overcharge the battery if left on the charger say all week
Answer:	Nope. From everything I've read. It is a smart charger. Leave mine on there all the time. Seems to not be actiblvely charging once battery is full (fan runs and makes noise during active charging). Have to say after years of 4 cycle engines, this is awesome!!
Question:	Need a good source for buying exact replacement blade online? Snapper dealers aren't convenient to me and don't have much of an online presence

Answer:	I've only had my cover through the summer, but my tractor has been outside this whole time. The cover is very well made and wraps around the tractor nicely. It's been through rain and high winds, and has stayed on and kept my tractor dry.

Answer:	I guess it depends on whether or not the magnet stays attached to the hitch pin or not. These seem to have serious quality control issues. Mine works perfectly and I absolutely love it. I think a little epoxy adhesive could solve many of these problems, but you shouldn’t have to repair a new item.

Answer:	No No No. The #12852 blades will NOT fit all 42” Snapper mowers. Snapper used two different Spindles on their 42” mowers. The #12852 blades have a (large) 1” Center Hole. Many 42” Snapper mowers use a #1737816 BMYP that have a (smaller) 13/16” Center Hole. They will not interchange. My Snapper 200Z zero turn use the #1737816 (small) center hole blades. You need to remover an old blade and measure the center hole too see which one your mower uses.
