Question:	How high can this effectively clean?, I need to clean the siding on a two-story house, maybe 20-22 feet high
Answer:	The YF1600A1 comes with 19’ of high pressure hose and will work great with that hose – assuming you plan to work on a ladder. If you needed to reach higher than 19’ you could add a longer length of hose. If you plan to stand on the ground and spray 20’ up to the siding on your home, the spray will not reach that high. All pressure washer spray tips are meant to be 12” – 15” from the surface you are cleaning. To reach 20’ up while standing on the ground you would need to use an extension pole spray gun. Question:	How can i use a 5 gallon bucket as a water source for winter use
Answer:	Most electric pressure washers do not have a syphon pump on them and cannot draw water out of a bucket or other source. A standard garden hose connection is required. Question:	How will this product hold up in the winter? Thanks
Answer:	If you leave water in the pump and the temp drops below freezing where ever you keep it no doubt it will freeze. In my experience when I store my power washers between use I turn the input and output down, let as much water drain out as possible and then turn them up and spray as much WD40 into the in and out as possible to displace any water and prevent corrosion. When you hook it up and it starts pumping again everything in the pump is expelled including the WD40. If you continually leave water in the pump it will corrode the pump and then just throw the whole mess away. Always best to maintenance your equipment when you finish using it instead of just coiling the hose and throwing everything in the corner till next time.

Answer:	I don’t have one on mine.
Question:	can you turn the soap on an off
Answer:	The soap will always be on. Only way to stop it is not to put soap into the soap container. Or you can remove the feed tube from the container at the bottom.
Question:	When starting with the remote the manual says to hold the lock button on the controller....what lock button
Answer:	The remote may not be paired with the engine when first set up or even between uses. To pair the remote, push the silver button on the machine just to the right of the battery and while the green light around that button is still lit, push the off button on the remote. You will hear a very faint click from the battery compartment. Afterward, the remote is paired; start the engine by holding the start button on the remote for 1 to 2 seconds.
