Answer:	No, we do not recommend using caustic chemicals like bleach as it is harmful to the pump.
Question:	How to repair a frozen 163cc briggs and straton engine
Answer:	If the pull cord is not pulling out you may have oil trapped in the combustion chamber causing a hydraulic-lock condition. You can try removing the spark plug and pulling the engine over slowly. If it pulls over freely, slowly pull it over a few more times and note if any oil comes out of the spark plug hole. Wipe off the plug and check the air filter for additional oil problems as well. If this does not remedy the issue, we recommend contact a Briggs & Stratton service dealer to have the engine inspected to determine the exact cause of your engine becoming "frozen". You can find a dealer locator on the Briggs & Stratton website. This engine on this pressure washer model (CMXGWAS021021) has a 2-year warranty time frame that starts from the date of purchase and cover's manufacturing defects. If you end up taking the pressure washer to an authorized B&S dealer and they determine that your problem was due to a manufacturing defect, they will be able to file a warranty claim on your behalf.

Answer:	Yes! The Professional Foam Lance (MTM Hydro) comes with both 1/4'' quick connect and M22 fittings. You can either attach the Lance to the end of the extension bar with the 1/4" quick connect, or at the end of the gun with the M22 fitting.

Answer:	1. yes, but only for about 1 story without ladder. you need to be 4-5ft away2. yes, worked great on reclaimed hardwood to remove grime and mildew. You need to go very slowly with a narrow angle nozzle 3-4inches from the surface. The cleaned strip is narrow so it takes a while to do a large area. That being said, you'll get the job done and I am not sure any pressure washer will make a job like that really quick, just much easier than hand scrubbing.
Question:	Sun Joe SPX3000 pressure washer: I read that you need soap designed to run through the pump. Have you found a brand of soap that is OK for this
Answer:	According to company website: "Your Sun Joe Pressure Joe SPX3000 has a downstream chemical injector, installed on the outlet (discharge) side of the pump, that applies detergent with the dedicated soap nozzle. The advantage of the downstream injector is that the chemicals cannot cause damage to the pump system. In upstream injectors, the chemicals run through the pump, causing the pump seals to wear out."So if you use soap, it doesn't run through the pump. I would still be careful what you use and maybe dilute it to help prevent damage.

Answer:	I don't think so but I would recommend that you spend the extra money and buy a Stihl power washer. I do not recommend this one. I used about 6 times and the pump went out on it. The pressure washer has been in the service repair for the last 4 weeks!! Not pleased with this product at all. If you are going to buy it buy it from a physical store because they would just give you a new one if it broke under warranty but since I purchased off Amazon I have to go through the Company and they just send to a service repair center.

Question:	can't get it to start. switch is on. I've choked it and tried it with the choke off. I don't have a manual throttle. Oil level is where it should be. Put gas in it. I just doesn't want to start. Any suggestions
Answer:	Small engines like this have an oil pressure switch. No oil, no workie. Make sure that it is on a level surface. Sometimes if the slope is too much, the oil won't float the oil pressure switch and it won't start. Another common problem with small engines is a BAD oil pressure switch - and they do go bad. With a little electrical knowledge, you can jumper (bypass) the switch - if it starts then make sure that you get a new oil pressure switch.

Just be sure to re-install the white plastic bushings that go in between the two halves of the pump with the grooved side up, towards the engine. Otherwise the pump may leak and it could damage the valves. Otherwise, there is nothing to it. It only takes a few minutes to install and there are no adjustments needed. Question:	Are you able to attach a surface cleaner, for example, the circular ones for cleaning driveways
Answer:	Great! I used it to clean cedar siding before painting and it did a great job - fast and thorough. Just allow a day or two for the siding to dry before painting.
Question:	Can I adjust the pressure to 1000psi
Answer:	Currently there is a plastic filter that connects to the unit and a plastic connector that goes on to the supply hose. Together they are a quick connect/disconnect pair. Both are supplied and you do not need another piece. However, if one of them were to break, then you will need a brass female - female fitting to connect to the male receptacle on the unit and the male end of the water supply hose.
Question:	How long is the wand hose
Answer:	No! It runs on 115 / 125 volts only.
Question:	Does it work with 110/240V
Answer:	I would apply the bleach with a pump sprayer and then pressure wash.

Question:	Will this work well with my craftsman 2,000 psi 1.9 gpm gas pressure washer? gas engine is made by briggs and stratton
Answer:	If your pressure washer's PSI only goes up to 2,000, then no, we do not recommend using this model surface cleaner (6338) since it's rated for pressure washers between 2,200 and 3,200 PSI. If you have a pressure washer with a max PSI of 2,000, and it has a 1/4" quick connect fitting on the wand extension, then we recommend using the surface cleaner model 6337, found here: https://amzn.to/2QOLJXj.
Question:	Does this have the M22 threads with the Quick Connect
Answer:	I don't know about the threads, but it does have the quick connect and did attach directly to my power washer's wand which I believe is pretty standard.
Question:	Does it work with lower pressure electric pressure washers
Answer:	I have a gas powered pressure washer with 2100 psi & 2.5 gallon per minute. You did not specify the pressure your pressure washer has. If it is near 2100 psi and rated at 2.5 gpm I think it would work fine.
Question:	Will this work on a patio made of pavers or will it blow the sand out from between the pavers
Answer:	It will do the same as a pressure washing wand will. I used it on a path made of pavers. It removed some of the sand but not all of it if you keep it moving. I think sand makes its way back in between the gaps because it is captured in the water and it settles as the water dries. If too much is removed you can get more sand and sweep it in after pressure washing. Otherwise, I dont see any other way to pressure wash pavers.

Answer:	You will have to check the threads on the spray wand for compatibility. but the nozzle will spray a long ways by itself.
Question:	Will this fit rockford cpu0207 pressure washer
Answer:	It will turn completely off. I personally bought brass shut off valves to go with it. It is much faster shutting off the shut off valve than the little bug shot.
Question:	will this fit bosh electric pressure washer
Answer:	Yes. Twist the adjustment collar all the way to closed and no water flows. However I use a separate cut off valve just behind the nozzle.
Question:	Will this fit my ePX3000 2030 psi electric pressure washer
Answer:	I also disagree with the hater. Make no mistake if you are starting with crappy water pressure this is not going to give you power washer performance. I will say I have 5-6 different water nozzles and if I want something that has the best pressure or cleaning power this is hands down the one I reach for. I have good water pressure but some nozzles restrict the pressure to much. I just bought a rather expensive one from HD thinking it might be better ( I was wrong). While its smoother operating it cuts the pressure dramatically Im going to estimate about 30% over this one. The little big shot is simple strong and cheap compared to others for the performance you get. I will be putting these on all my hoses. If I had to nit pick it I would say it takes more turns than I would like to go from one extreme (fine mist to power blaster mode) but I will happily deal with that for its power output. PLus its made in the US by disabled vets....

Answer:	I researched the engine in question and Ford is responsible for the design. Manufacturing is in China and unit is assembled in Mexico. For all intensive purposes it appears to be a very sold unit and very reliable. 2 year warranty.
Question:	What is the diameter of the wheels
Answer:	This is one of the main reasons I bought this. I have a lot of surface to clean every year. I bought the surface cleaner and the extension at the same time. It turns out the extension is a hindrance rather than a help as it's too awkward to use. The handle is perfect and that's all you'll need.

Answer:	It has safety lock. It ill stay in the angle you set and won't let the water pressure change the angle.
Question:	does this have a 1/4 inch quick connect spray wand
Answer:	Yes, but the amount the pipes bend depends a lot upon the PSI of your power washer. With a 3100 PSI (e.g. Subaru Power Washer from Costco), using all extension tubes and an added rotating turbo nozzle, I saw a total bend of about 1 foot across the entire 102 inche length, mostly at the joints (this comes in about 2 ft sections, with water tight seals between each). There was less bend when using the included nozzle tips, but the results in cleaning the gutter were less spectacular as well. Honestly, that's a lot of pressure/ torque to be handling at 102 inches, and I personally removed a few sections to shorten the end for better control.
