Answer:	1. yes, but only for about 1 story without ladder. you need to be 4-5ft away2. yes, worked great on reclaimed hardwood to remove grime and mildew. You need to go very slowly with a narrow angle nozzle 3-4inches from the surface. The cleaned strip is narrow so it takes a while to do a large area. That being said, you'll get the job done and I am not sure any pressure washer will make a job like that really quick, just much easier than hand scrubbing.

Answer:	According to company website: "Your Sun Joe Pressure Joe SPX3000 has a downstream chemical injector, installed on the outlet (discharge) side of the pump, that applies detergent with the dedicated soap nozzle. The advantage of the downstream injector is that the chemicals cannot cause damage to the pump system. In upstream injectors, the chemicals run through the pump, causing the pump seals to wear out."So if you use soap, it doesn't run through the pump. I would still be careful what you use and maybe dilute it to help prevent damage.

Answer:	The gun holder is set too low so the wand tip drags on the ground and gets caught on things (mine got caught on a sewer grate and broke). None of the connections are standard so if one thing breaks, you have to replace the entire setup (the tip, wand, gun, and hose) or buy the replacement piece from the manufacturer for about the same price are replacing it the entire setup with industry standard connections. I really regret buying this pressure washer.

Washing Vinyl Siding

Add detergent inside the detergent tank and install into place. Then, attach the soap nozzle onto the extension wand to spray foam. After that, use a suitable nozzle (25º or 40º) to rinse. For stubborn spots, move the extension wand a little closer to the siding. Always be careful, as this may strip paint or cause other damage.

Washing Wooden Decks

Hold the extension wand at a 45-degree angle and 1-2 ft away from the surface to spray detergent foam in sections using the soap nozzle. Then, use a higher pressure nozzle (15º or 25º) to rinse. Move along with the wood grain to better remove stain and detergent. Air dry the wood for 48 hours before painting.

Washing Vehicles

Spray detergent foam on the vehicle’s surface using the soap nozzle. Then, rinse from the top down with a 25-degree nozzle. Never spray inside the engine bay. Never use high pressure nozzles or get too close, as this may cause damage to the paint.

Washing Cement Floors

Add detergent inside the detergent tank and install into place. Then, spray detergent foam on the floor and use a higher pressure nozzle (15º or 25º) to rinse. Keep the nozzle about one foot from the floor while spraying and keep the extension wand moving. Try not to spray one spot for any length of time, as this may cause damage to the concrete. Rather, make several passes over dirty areas.
