Answer:	As the manufacturer we created the Total Stop System (TSS) that senses water flowing the pump. When the trigger is released, water stops flowing through the pump. The TSS then automatically turns the motor off to protect the pump from overheating. It also prolongs the life of the pump.

Answer:	In order to achieve max PSI, the 630 must be plugged into a dedicated 20 amp circuit. A 15 amp circuits can be used, but the PSI must be reduced to around 1000 for the GFCI to stay connected.

Answer:	The purpose of he product is to charge more on customer with more concentrated product, but they said it is more concentrated, we would never known. Customers are supposed to use less on each load with more concentrated detergent, so there are more loads to wash for each bottle of detergent.

Answer:	I would think owing to the relative rarity of animals wearing clothes, extensive animal testing is unlikely. I do seem to recall when there was limited testing directly on animals, the animals were agitated but nothing more.

Answer:	This product is safe for all colors! We just recommend checking the product care label first.

Answer:	I think that's a matter of personal preference, I would hope for the cost difference, more than three times more expensive in some cases that Tide Pods would be better, but for me personally, I buy both, I use Tide on some laundry items and I use these A&H for other laundry items.

Answer:	For big grout joints use the orange, small joints or where the grout is sunken in use the blue. The more flexible bristles are needed to get in small cracks. This black one is for scrubbing carpet or rugs. For example you could pre-spray the carpet, scrub it with the black brush then rinse with hot water in a carpet machine.

Answer:	I needed to strip old polish off my Laminate floor, and I used the red pad , 1/2 Stripper & 1/2 water in a spray bottle. And it worked wonderfully. Floor looks like new.

Answer:	The green pad will strip the finish off your hardwood floor. It is very coarse and I used it to scrub my concrete floor in the basement after a flood. The least abrasive pad available on Amazon is the white one, but even that may be too rough. There is also a terrycloth "bonnet" that is used for polishing floors. I would try that with a non-abrasive solvent to avoid damaging the finish. Can you find out from the builder what the stuff is on the floor and Google how to remove it safely? Best of luck!

Answer:	Thank you for your question. It is okay to use Arm & Hammer 4-in-1 Power Paks to wash wool or cashmere as long as the garment care label states that the wool or cashmere is machine washable. We recommend checking the washing instructions on the garment care label to make sure correct washing conditions are used. Do not use this product if the garment care label says hand wash only.

Answer:	The Blue head work well on grout and tile floors. The orange does well on tile also. The longer bridle brush heads work on laminated floors

Answer:	The pad is porous. Its like the green scouring pad you use in the sink. I am not sure that I understand how you will use it with motor oil to answer the question well. :(
