Answer:	I believe it would damage tines. Never tried pulling it toward me, I put up on wheels to pull.

Answer:	I never experienced that but my lawn is only 40 x 80 ft so I may have not run it long enough for the motor to overheat. Or maybe the others are using it without the bag and cutting deeper. I got about 120ft into my lawn and it was time to stop and empty the bag. I was very pleased with the result (it dug up the dead grass without laying waste to the live grass) and it performed much better than the one I got from the rental company. If I run it one more time, it will have paid for itself. Your results may vary but I am happy with its performance!
Question:	Does anyone use this for picking very small leaves from lawn
Answer:	This machine works great for hatching your lawn. I don't use the bag because it fills up so fast. I go over the lawn with it then go over it again with the mower to pick up all of the stuff it pulls up. I have had multiple neighbors use it and it is by far worth to money.

Question:	How does one over-winter the machine and the battery
Answer:	I personally hosed and dried undercarriage. Put mine in closed shed. The battery I keep in the house. I will plug it in each month to keep the charge up. Don't think they should go without charge for extended period of time.
Question:	What is the life of the battery 2 or 3 years roughly
Answer:	Best practice is to keep batteries between 10% - 90% charged. 20 -80% range is even better.. the worst way to keep these batteries is always fully charged. It is hard on the cells inside the battery..A battery that is only ever charged to 80% will last on average, about 4 times longer than the same battery that was always kept at 100%..So the practical answer is to keep the battery fully charged during the season (or kept at 75-80% and topped up before use) AND ALWAYS store the battery at around 50% charge for the off season.If these guidelines were followed, I wouldn't be surprised to see the battery last 7-10 years.If you keep the battery fully charged even during the off season, I think you will see noticable depreciation after 2-3 years.I keep my batteries at 50% during the off season, the date code on my battery is 2013. it is 2017 now. I 'm sure it has decreased somewhat in capacity, but I havent noticed...Other things that decrease battery life rapidly:- Bogging down the mower/battery. ( cutting more often is better than cutting less often with thicker grass)- Heat ( keep batteries out of the sun, away from heaters etc..)
Question:	How is does this differ from iON16LM-CT model
Answer:	The "CT" refers to CORE TOOL. These initials are VERY important when making a purchase! Core Tool means "Just the basic lawnmower" (the basic, or core tool). You do not get the battery or charger or anything else included in the bundled package. My advice is to never pay almost as much as the complete kit for only the basic machine. Answer:	Those towels are build to clean hard surfaces like cars, I don’t think it’s gonna scratch your screen, but you must have precaution. I would go for a more oriented towel. They have Happy ending towels, more soft for that kind of purpose.

Answer:	The towel will be soft, but you should rinse it out before it gets dry.
Question:	Does the handle fold flat
Answer:	I use mine on my motorcycle. It works better than any other fabric drying method I've used in hte past. Drying the bike, however, resulted in some chain grease getting onto the cloth. I was mortified. However a few bursts of Shout stain remover and a warm wash in the machine resulted in a nearly new appearance. It's drying ability was unimpaired.

Answer:	There is no starter key. It comes with a button that you hold down while squeezing the run lever. When it starts let go of the button.
Question:	Can i use my 24 vbat-lte with it? i use it for other sunjoe products
Answer:	All LTE series 24v batteries will work with this mower. That said the lower the Ah capacity of the battery, the lower A (amp) capacity of the battery. If you for example put the little 1.3Ah battery in this mower it will likely shut off on you when hitting thicker grass patches as the batteries internal protection kicks in. It will also be harder on the battery which will get warmer and run for less time. That said, yes it will run on smaller batteries unless they did some keying to keep the battery from fitting. I don't believe that they have done this though. I see no difference between my 2.0 Ah batteries and my 4.0 or 5.0Ah. I don't have any 1.3Ah batteries to try though.
Question:	Battery appears to be charging because light turns green, but the lawn mower doesnt want to turn on. Can somebody help
Answer:	I had a similar problem. I contacted SunJoe and they told me to remove and reinstall the battery. Pull out the safety key and reinsert it and then they had me go through a process with the throttle arm. I don’t remember exactly what they had me do but it was supposed to reset the system. As it turned out my unit failed and I still had warranty and they replaced the mower. I think they are really a good company.

Answer:	It only has one cutting height and it’s about 1.5 inches. I would not buy this unit. It’s under powered and really poor customer service

Answer:	I'm personally not happy with it. If the grass is not completely level it locks up, will not cut it grass is higher then a inch and a half! I have 2 small lawns I bought this for and have nothing but problems. Have to bring out the riding mower, then 3 days later the push mower works fairly

Answer:	I had same issue come to find out in order for plastic part that screws in to snap you cant screw it all the way in. If issue is just snapping it in to a round plastic part you just have to use some force to push it in but it will eventually snap

Answer:	I have used ours on very thick Bermuda grass. It was a struggle but I went slowly and carefully. I have also been careful to keep it mowed down sense getting this mower and it seems to handle it better. Bermuda grass is always difficult to mow. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It doesn't need to be. It's lighter and easier to use than my previous combustion-engine self-propelled mower. The electric mower and lightweight design mean I can easily push this with one hand, despite my arthritis.

Answer:	Taken from reviews: "I have had my Moe Joe over a year now and it is still going strong despite being left out in the weather and otherwise abused. The Mow Joe is a good product but it is being sabotaged by Amazon and unfairly reviewed for two reasons:1. The Mow Joe 14" has a 12 amp motor. Amazon is bundling it with a 16 gauge extension cord, despite the fact the manual states that for extension cord lengths under 100ft, a 14 gauge cord is required. For lengths of 100ft or more a 12 gauge cord is required (gauges work backward so a smaller gauge is a thicker wire). Trying to pull 12 amps of power through a little 16 gauge 100ft cord will burn out any electric motor pretty quick. That is why all these reviews complaining about the motor dying after a few weeks bother me. Either through ignorance or cheapness people use an under rated extension cord and blame it on the mower. Amazon could help by not recommending a cord that will destroy the motor.2. Electric mowers by nature are maintenance mowers. It is assumed that you will be cutting your grass regularly before it gets so tall you are losing small children in it. If your grass in knee high then borrow your neighbors gas mower and get it to a manageable height and then keep it maintained with your nice quiet, lightweight, electric mower. Question:	Is there a plastic block "wedge" to push in the spring/door for the blade to mulch when the grass catcher is off like with the Sears Craftsmen mowers
Answer:	Yes... That is a problem with three of the four fittings, if the two parts aren't tightened together well before starting the testing. If that should happen, you should be able to force a twelve sided 17mm socket on far enough to grab the fitting that is stuck in the spark-plug hole. Or, as someone suggested, coat the fitting which screws into the stuck fitting with "Loctite" and let it harden before attempting to remove. Admittedly, a poor design.
