Answer:	I have the 19 in with two batteries. It came with a 40v 4ah and 2ah battery. The 40v 2ah has lasted at least 40 to 45 min and its the small battery. I have never depleted its power doing my yard and back alley. We have bermuda grass and my yard in front is about 80 x 40 my back yard is about 30 x 60 then i have a strip in the back alley. I love this lawn mower so far. No fuss no muss and plenty of power for my yard. The power increases when it goes thru thick grass then runs slower thru lighter grass on its own. Its is much quieter than my gas mower and lighter as well even though the deck is metal. From my perspective my brushless mower is a winner.

Answer:	Von Haus I purchased was for trimming bushes - the should come with a bar and chain as stated - INCLUDES: 4.0Ah Lithium-ion battery and charger powers the 8” Oregon chain, blade cover for safe storage when not in use. Replacement batteries will be available summer 2018. I would not expect it to be as power full as gas chain saw on a stick but for limited size branches it should work. A new chain would be needed after a number of cuts. But you can also sharpen the chain you started with.

Answer:	Ordered Self-propelled on May 19 '19, it is June 25th and it says it will ship between July 4th to August 15th. They seem to be keeping their word. Got it on a Greenworks special at $333 half of Low's price. Speculation: They run two builds a year or the factory in China burnt down?

Answer:	My fully charged 2.0Ah battery lasted about 45 minutes, enough to mow my 1/4 acre, then power the leaf blower to clean the mower (battery power meter showed 0/3 lights, though). I don't have the string trimmer yet, but it should have enough power for it as well. Regardless, I'm planning to buy a 4.0Ah battery--whenever it's finally available--to use as the primary battery, and the 2.0Ah as backup. 2x 2.0Ah batteries would be sufficient as well, but I figure the extra run time will come in handy for the future snow blower.

At this time I own and use two full size irons regularly as well as a steam press, two mini's and a travel iron. This is by far my favorite. It keeps good heat and works well. It heats up quickly and gets wrinkles out. Sets creases beautifully. The reason I have so many irons is' I am a seamstress and press everything I sew and wear. If I only could keep one iron it would be this one. Happy ironing this product is a great investment.

Question:	How long is the cord
Answer:	As several people have stated, it dosn't come with a cord. You must buy a separate outdoor extension cord long enogh for your use. One person stated he used a 100 ft 10 amp cord. I hope he ment a 10 gage cord. I wouldn't recomend running a 13 amp motor on a cord rated for 10 amps. I use a 100 ft 14 gage cord. 14 gage wire is rated for 15 amps, 12 gage for 20 amps and 10 gage for 30 amps. I find the mower runs on the 14 gage without heating the wire at all. If the wire gets hot, you are using to small of a wire. Go to a smaller gage number to carry more amps.

Answer:	No. It's not self propelled. It's very light until the bag fills up. You just need to empty the bag when it feels heavy. It's really for a smaller lawn. I wouldn't use an electric mower on a large lawn.

Answer:	Amazon's ad says 4 years. The bottom motor bearing just blew out on mine 2 months after the 4 year warranty expired so I guess I'm boned. I will probably buy the same mower again though. It has worked great up to yesterday when the motor suddenly just seized up. I borrowed my sister's 18" greenworks mower to finish the job. They both work (worked) great.

Answer:	A 14 gauge cord should be safe with a 12-amp mower. Some would recommend a 12 gauge cord if you need 100ft. The mower will have a bit more power with the heavier gauge (due to reduced voltage drop in the cord) but the cord will be heavier and more expensive.

Answer:	You can mow without the bag or mulch plug installed, it will just do a poor version of mulching and you will have clumps of grass dropping out of the area where the mulch plug should be.

Answer:	I purchased mine from CPO last spring. It advertised having two 4ah batteries, but came with one 4ah, and one 2ah. I contacted them and told them that it did not arrive as advertised, so they sent me a second 4ah battery. I believe this was a temporary thing, because I keep seeing the mixed batteries being shown. If you purchase one that is supposed to come with two 4ah batteries, then make certain they supply as advertised.

Answer:	check sears replacement parts site. it will tell you what that parts will fit. Mine is for a 42" mower deck.

Question:	Does this updated version resolve some of the the design problems with the Model 25112 - i.e., the inefficient DC motor and the poor deck seal
Answer:	I was given a vague answer by the manufacturer that the motor was reworked to be a little more efficient. I have no way of measuring it. I'm not sure of the deck seal.

Answer:	Hello there, The physical features have changed. However, the basic function has not. The mower still has an easy to turn on electric start. We have upgraded and reworked the internal electrics and transmissions to make it more efficient and more reliable. Question:	Why can't I find this version on the Greenworks website
Answer:	I actually called GreenWorks directly to ask this question. The customer agent looked in her internal files to see the difference between 25112 and MO13B00. The MO13B00 is a newer revision of the 25112 that is -exclusive- to Amazon.com Thats why it isnt listed on the website. The newer MO13B00 has a brushless design, the deck is redesigned to an all steel design, and the motor is a newer design with newer materials. Other than that, functionality is the same. Knowing this knowledge, i purchased the MO13B00 for a brushless design and better motor lifespan.

Answer:	I believe it would damage tines. Never tried pulling it toward me, I put up on wheels to pull.
Question:	does the motor cut out on this one like on the AJ800E? lots of complaints about that one. Please let me know thanks
Answer:	I never experienced that but my lawn is only 40 x 80 ft so I may have not run it long enough for the motor to overheat. Or maybe the others are using it without the bag and cutting deeper. I got about 120ft into my lawn and it was time to stop and empty the bag. I was very pleased with the result (it dug up the dead grass without laying waste to the live grass) and it performed much better than the one I got from the rental company. If I run it one more time, it will have paid for itself. Your results may vary but I am happy with its performance!
Question:	Does anyone use this for picking very small leaves from lawn
Answer:	This machine works great for hatching your lawn. I don't use the bag because it fills up so fast. I go over the lawn with it then go over it again with the mower to pick up all of the stuff it pulls up. I have had multiple neighbors use it and it is by far worth to money.

Answer:	It is more a specific wire gauge depending upon the length of the extension cord that is intended to be used.As per the user's manual from SunJoe, please note the following:The wire gauge must be 14 for cord lengths 50 and under.The wire gauge must be 12 for cord lengths over 50 feet up to 100 feet.It is important to adhere to the manufacturer's guideline so the machine functions properly.
