Answer:	I sharpen my chain right on the saw...you'll need a 5/32" diameter file, and a little patience.If you look at the saw chain carefully, you'll see that every other tooth has a different angle in the cutting edge. Hold the file on the same angle that is in the tooth and push (only) across that angle.Usually, about 4 or 5 passes is enough to renew the cutting edge. Then move on to the next one...With a little practice, it will become easier to do. I have a vise I can clamp the bar into, and that holds it very securely while sharpening it....There are electric (Both battery and 110 volts) sharpeners that make child's play out of sharpening,available at the 'box' stores....always try to maintain those same angles on the teeth..

Answer:	I would use a different type of glue for that. This is for bonding wood. Try something like weldbond for that application.

Answer:	Dip a toothpick or two, in wood glue and put them in the hole. Let it dry and then break the toothpick off at the edge of the hole. Screw the hinge back on and you’ll be set.
