Answer:	Not sure it fits that particular brand of heater, but the IGAN looks as though it will work on many styles of the taller (6 foot) heaters (?). Large dome covering and pretty wide going down the heater itself. I have a shelf on my heater and the cover not only goes over it, it has some extra room too. Fabric is heavy duty and a decent zipper completely down the cover makes it easy to put on, take off and change the tank without having to remove the entire cover. For the money ~ buy it. You can always return it. But you won't have to :)

Answer:	I would call IGAN directly and explain the situation. With only owning your cover for less than a year, I would expect them to stand behind their product. Customer Service will dictate how this is handled... If you don't get results with Customer Service, go up the ladder to a Supervisor. If they tell you you didn't buy it directly from them (since you bought it through Amazon), explain that Amazon didn't make it, IGAN did...!! Remind them that how your situation gets handles will determine whether you tell a "good" Customer Service story, or a "bad" one. No one wants bad publicity! Quick hint; use chapstick (lip balm) on the zipper. It keeps things lubricated and helps to prevent failures. Good luck.

Answer:	Mine did. It seems like a returned/refurbished unit. I could easily see them sending one without a remote. The stand was the big selling point. If I needed a mountable unit, I probably would have gotten a different one, or from a different seller (price/shipping time).

Answer:	Portability is the advantage However it’s not a real sturdy unit and the bulbs are very delicate(and unavailable for purchase) if it falls over good chance it’s shot. So fixed to a wall is probably best.

Answer:	Not difficult, but you won't feel confident while doing it. I think mine was a returned/refurbished unit, maybe it helped to have some screws already in place. Screwed 2 brackets together, shorter loose screws and fastened with wingnuts. Screwed brackets onto heater. Took out existing screws and rescrewed them in. Used long screws and capnuts to attach bracket (with heater) to stand. Isn't straight. Isn't the sturdiest. Don't feel good. Decorative bracket doesn't fit and it in the garage pile of assorted things I won't ever use.

Question:	is it flexible can it take a bend or is it pretty stiff
Answer:	I don’t know, I use it for natural gas
Question:	can this be used as extension on my exisiting 6' hose
Answer:	Yes it is electronic ignition. It is easy to ignite even in cold condition, and more durable compare to Push and Turn ignition. There is also thermocouple included for safety purpose, to stop gas leaking in case flame goes out.
Question:	Will the hose handle propane gas
Answer:	It can last 8 hours with high setting.
Question:	What type of threads does the female side of the coupler (image #6) have? flare or npt/fip? description & photos not clear on this part
Answer:	The ones I ordered were the 21x21 size. The fit the ones sold at Home Depot perfectly.
