Answer:	Yes ...the heater has the same connector as a gas grill. There are some slits in the sides 3/4" wide. for your pipe. If that doesn't work there is a large hole at the bottom which you could use.

Answer:	Propane tanks are sold at almost any place you can get them refilled. However, Costco is one of the cheaper places to buy the actual tank unfilled.

Answer:	I would be very cautious and ensure that the canopy is 3 to 4 feet above the top of the heater. Also ensure that your canopy is vented so that you do t get a concentration of carbon monoxide. Would you use a gas grill under a canopy? Same concept as you are burning propane gas.

Answer:	Mine did. It seems like a returned/refurbished unit. I could easily see them sending one without a remote. The stand was the big selling point. If I needed a mountable unit, I probably would have gotten a different one, or from a different seller (price/shipping time).

Answer:	Portability is the advantage However it’s not a real sturdy unit and the bulbs are very delicate(and unavailable for purchase) if it falls over good chance it’s shot. So fixed to a wall is probably best.

Answer:	Not difficult, but you won't feel confident while doing it. I think mine was a returned/refurbished unit, maybe it helped to have some screws already in place. Screwed 2 brackets together, shorter loose screws and fastened with wingnuts. Screwed brackets onto heater. Took out existing screws and rescrewed them in. Used long screws and capnuts to attach bracket (with heater) to stand. Isn't straight. Isn't the sturdiest. Don't feel good. Decorative bracket doesn't fit and it in the garage pile of assorted things I won't ever use.

Question:	Heater is not igniting. What do you recommend
Answer:	We had similar experience at first, then carefully reviewed pages 12 and 13 of the user manual. Also, the instructions on the decal on the post outline lighting steps to be taken. The last option could be a stuck valve within the propane tank. Completely remove the tank and gently tap on ground to dislodge the stuck valve. Then reconnect and follow lighting instructions. This is a very attractive and enjoyable heater. Especially with a mug of gluhwein!
Question:	Can this be used outdoors when it's snowing
Answer:	In the manuel, it say not to let it get wet keep out of the elements. Like I have a patio, but it's screened in, not enclosed. Works great, gives off alit of heat.

How to Change the Gas Tank

Fully close the tank valve by turning clockwise then turn the coupling nut counterclockwise until the regulator assembly detaches. Remove the empty gas tank out of the body of the heater. Ensure the regulator switch is off before inserting it to the valve outlet. Push the regulator down into the gas valve. Hand-tighten the coupling nut clockwise until it comes to a full stop. Firmly tighten by hand only.
