Answer:	I have a recently purchased AVH10. The unit is remarkably quiet - on the low setting I can barely hear the fan. there is no audible hum whatsoever. Works great - much better than the older models I have purchased

Answer:	Same thing happened, but next day it started working again! And i already returned one for same issue. It seems what's happening is the tip-over switch gets flipped and turning off/on won't reset. But let it sit over night and discharge. Guess what -- it works great today -- I'm totally serious. I tried everything yesterday to get it to work. I tried everything yesterday to fix it, it would come "on" but no fan/heat. Today works great. So fan needs some time to discharge once the tip-over switch is flipped. What you should do is turn it on "AFTER" you have it plugged in, after you pull it out of the box, so tip-over switch is not flipped. If you don't do that, you can reset it by unplugged the unit over night, and then try again--> (after its been unplugged for a while) move to proper location, THEN plug in and operate. It will then work perfectly.
Question:	Would this work well for warming up a 500 sq ft garage with no insulation
Answer:	The slight buzzing is NORMAL on LOW only. It's the regulation circuit on the control board. Note: if you have low voltage condition (110v-115v) when a 750-1500 watt load is on the circuit, this heater (on low) may go into "protect" mode because the fan doesn't spin fast enough to remove the heat from inside the unit.

Answer:	It doesn't work. It heats the air in the immediate vicinity of the space heater and then turns off while the rest of the room is still chilly. As for cost, look at your monthly electric bill or contact your electric service provider. You want the $0.0xxx rate per kilowatt hour. In my area, the first 750 kw used in a month are billed at $0.0804 per kWh. Each additional kw is billed at $0.0538 per kWh. Take the rate for your area times 1.5 kw per hour times the number of hours per day that you will run the space heater times the number of days that you will use it in a month. For example, if you run it for 3 hours per night, 5 days per week, then your electric cost would be about 93 kWh x your electric rate. I returned this space heater and opted for another more efficient 1500 watt space heater. I used the Vornado in a 150 cubic foot greenhouse. At best the Vornado kept the inside temperature 23 degrees warmer than the outside air. The 1500watt space heater that I replaced the Vornado with, keeps the greenhouse at 44 degrees warmer than the outside air.

Answer:	I asked my vet about this very thing. He informed me that a digestibility analysis is performed on all Royal Canine food’s ingredients and that RC is an excellent dog food, surpassing the industry standards. My second question related to allergies, and he responded that he’d been to a diet seminar as part of his continuing education, and of the common dog food ingredients analyzed by the seminar leaders, corn was lower on the “allergen risk” list than wheat, and evidently wheat was fairly low on the risk list, ranking around number seven. He didn’t really elaborate about the first six allergens, but assured me that RC’s dog food is a great choice.

Answer:	The nuggets are small, but I do not know how small Pedigree bites are, so cannot compare. I buy it for my largish Chihuahua (about 9 lbs) and she is comfortable with the size of the nuggets. It's the only dry dog food she likes. You might want to try moistening the food with a little warm water so it is softer for your dog. If Xohi still finds it too big, you can also try placing the nuggets between two sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap and then pound them with a meat tenderizer mallet, bottom of a fry pan or even a heavy can. Just pound them enough to break them up into smaller pieces for Xohi (not too much that you end up with powder!). I have done this with other small dogs and they then can eat the smaller broken up pieces just fine. Hope this helps.

He really likes treats, but even those have to be certain textures and flavors: crunchy.I've tried organic and grain free and whatever else new fad has come along - he wouldn't touch them; he prefers Temptations and Friskies Party Mix (though I tried to indulge as many varieties as possible, which he had an allergic reaction to, so we're slowly reintroducing them one flavor at a time.)Our vet said that whatever food he'll eat, if it's working and he's healthy, don't change anything. So, Special 33 it is. I used to mix it with the Royal Canin Preference high protein, but sometimes he'd gorge and then throw up. The ECO 18 is capable of heating over 2.5 gallons per minute, which is the equivalent of one water saver shower head (with a 1.5 gpm flow) and one sink with a low inlet water temperature of 62°F, and an output setting of 105° F. Two showers emitting no more than 1.5 gpm each can be run simultaneously when incoming water temperature is above 70° F. Digital temperature control allows you to set your temperature in increments of 1°. All tankless water heaters are sized based on flow rate and temperature rise, and there is a direct relationship between the two. So if used in a cold area requiring a high temperature rise, it will be more limited in the amount of fixtures (gallons per minute) it can heat at one time compared to a warmer climate. However, when sized properly it will provide endless hot water and only consume the energy needed, giving the user complete control. Prior to purchase and installation please verify this model is the right size for the expected demand and electrical requirements. Question:	How do know which size to buy? We will supply two bathrooms, dish washer, clothes washer. What size should I choose
Answer:	I noted someone below stating they got the largest one and they can only run one water source at a time. My guess is they installed it wrong by not getting the electric hooked up right, or maybe the unit was just defective, or they live in Alaska. I went under size with an Eco 27 a few years ago because that’s all my electric panel could handle. We have zero issues in the summer. During winter months we can only run one shower at a time and have to slowly fill a tub (maybe 3/4 fill speed). To save as much money as I am on electric bill and have unlimited shower lengths (only 1 person at a time mid-Dec to mid-March) is totally worth it. On here today because I’m thinking of upping my panel size so was thinking of going with a larger one now. Regardless, CCRC’s experience with the largest unit not working is nothing like the experience I’ve had, and again I intentionally undersized mine for the house. The website has a clear chart to explain size you need based on number of water fixtures in your home and ground water temperature.
Question:	Can this unit supply a 3,700 sq foot home with 3 1/2 baths
Answer:	In the lower states it can, but in the northern states, multiple simultaneous users, it will be overloaded. If you can afford a 3,700 square foot home, then you can place a unit in each appropriate demand zone and be very glad you did. I love mine, live in KY, get great supply when the water is above 60 degrees, and then it slows the flow as the temperature drops. I have dishwasher, washing machine, garden tube, 2 showers, 3 sinks and 4 people. It is better than great in the summer, okay spring and fall, and we are conservative in the winter.
Question:	What is the power consumption of this tank-less heater
Answer:	The instantaneous power consumption while the hot water is running is quite high (up to 18kW or 27kW depending on which model you’re looking at on this page). However, when no hot water is being used, the power consumption is 0 (or a minuscule amount to run an LED light or something). The total power consumption over the course of several days or longer should be much lower than a tank heater but the short term power usage while the heater is making hot water will be much higher than a tank heater. It’s just that the unit sits idle most of the time while a tank heater will use power fairly frequently even when no hot water is needed as the water in the tank cools off over time and needs to be re-heater fairly constantly
