Carbon Fiber panel heaters are the most effective infrared heaters for saunas in the market! These 300 Watt heaters have a much larger surface area which covers 1000 times more body surface than any other style of infrared heater.

Answer:	I haven’t used my for a while but I don’t think there is a hook. I assume you mean to hang a kettle or pot underneath? You could just us a small S hook underneath the grill ... but I don’t think you could set it high enough to hang a reasonable pot or kettle. The whole setup is sturdy enough for a few steaks or Hot Dogs but I doubt it would be strong enough to hold a full kettle or pot. Hope this helps

You can also manually set the heater to run on High or Low all the time or with a timer. The heater has to be turned on first in order to use the remote. This a safety provision mandated by the Underwriters Laboratory. So, in order to use the remote, the first step for the user is to press the POWER button on the heater itself. This turns the heater on STANDBY. Then, pressing the POWER button on the remote will turn the heater on. The heater can't be turned on if the unit is not on STANDBY.
