Answer:	It kept me a little bit over level because I consumed this at night after working out. It was quick and easy. I usually at a banana or mixed it with lactose free milk. By itself mixed in water, in my opinion it’s not a heavy hitter if you’re really serious in your workouts! If you deadlift, do a lot of cross training, bench press, squat, and so forth, 70 grams of carbs won’t cut it. Also, people are different. If you’re gaining the necessary amount of nutrients (carbs and proteins) through the day, this might work. For instance, if you need about 300 grams of carbs, I would make sure I’m around 230 grams or higher when I workout. Also I would eat a carb loaded meal 2-3 hours before my workout cause your body’s gonna burn it. If you burn 40 grams of carbs during your workout, you’re only gaining 30 carbs when you take this cause you got to replace what you lost. So your cabs must be adequate. Something like Serious Mass has around 254 carbs. So of course, you’ll see more gains. It all depends on your diet. Oatmeal, sweet potatoes, rice, and wheat bread was all I ate. I saw gains when I mixed this with milk (only when I was meeting my calorie intake).

Answer:	Every single time I get these protein shakes they have always come in plastic bottles. They go right into the recycle bin when I’m done. I have never received anything with collapsible material. I ordered two boxes each month and I’ve had them for over a year and a half. Answer:	I've lost 38+ pounds in 4 months, and i'm beginning March, 2016 with great success! I planned ahead and managed carefully through Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'm now beginning the 5th month. I hope to plan carefully for March now! I want/need to lose another 40 pounds by keeping up my routine of 'being prepared' and never being without a 'shake' within reach! When I do have a 'snack attack', I think it through, and drink a shake! I like the vanilla flavor well enough to drink it at 'room temperature', and I always keep them in an insulated chest in my car to protect against an unexpected winter 'freeze'. This spring, I will likely tote a small lunch bag from the house when I go anywhere. I am physically unable to exercise other than walking when necessary, but I cut out all breads, carbohydrates, desserts, and all possible and reasonable other compromising types of foods. I always stay overly stocked up on things to 'help me' through a crisis, such as emergencies, unplanned trips, etc., to avoid having opportunities to "make excuses". I made myself a list of the 'pitfalls' as I encountered them, and put a limit on foods with 'fattening' ingredients. I substituted Premier Nutrition Protein 14 oz. shakes for one meal a day for the first 2 weeks, then I began using PNPHP 14 oz. bottled shakes it for both breakfast & dinner while eating an extremely healthy 'lunch' for another two weeks. I began with the powder, then the 11 oz. cardboard-like individual "cartons", but the smaller 11 oz. cartons just didn't quite satisfy my 'mealtime' needs and seemed to have some 'curds' forming in them, not to mention that it was harder to store the flexible 11 oz. "cartons" and safely keep them in my suitcases, car consoles, tote bags, and find a way to drink from them without needing a straw for the small opening in the cartons. However, the 14 oz. size 'bottle' just seems perfect. I particularly like the vanilla and chocolate, but I began to 'stock up' ahead of time with as many as I could use, before the expiration date. I'm busy experimenting now for another brand of ''shake'' that comes in either a bottle or a can, and try to avoid the cardboard-like 'cartons'. I'm so happy with losing approximately 10 pounds a month, that I feel energized for the future. I consulted with, and I have my doctor's approval, and my own health improvements to keep me propelled forward. I was preparing for knee surgery when I began the serious diet in November, 2015 and after the first 38+ pounds came off, I'm now walking with less and less pain, canceled the knee surgery, and I have a much brighter outlook! I now weigh less than 200 pounds, so I know it can be done!! I don't know what will happen when the 14 oz. shakes are no longer available, so if you find them, stock up on them like I'm doing. Answer:	The label on the whey protein powder indicates that one scoop (47g) is one serving and the container (32 ounces) yields 17 servings per container. Generic recipe on the container says "Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of water, juice, or milk..... if mixed with 6 ounces, the yield for the whole container would be about 8 by my calculations - if mixed with 8 ounces of liquid, it would fill more 11 ounce bottles. Hope this helps.

Answer:	there is a 100 calorie version of the muscle milk that you may be referring to. It is much thinner than this one. This one is the original muscle milk, thicker, 160 calories, and it takes better than the thinner one (to me). The thinner one has an artificial taste to me. I like this one, the thicker one, better. I use it as creamer in my coffee or just drink it straight!

Answer:	No it does not. I store them in a cool dry place without issue. Once opened, I would consume immediately so there is no need for refrigeration regardless.

I feel like this was a bait and switch... no warning, the graphics look almost identical so no signaling that the product had changed.

Answer:	My guess is “no” they would not. They are very low in fat & have less than 200 calories per serving. They are high in protein. Hope that helps!!
Question:	Does anyone know if the WW points for the oat varieties are the same as the original flavors? The carbs are higher for the oat shakes
Answer:	Per the WW app it is 3 points. 2 points for the regular ones. That’s on the blue and green plan. Not sure about the purple since oats are a whole grain

Answer:	The only way you can gain weight is if you eat in a calorie surplus. Meaning, you're eating over your maintenance calorie intake.

Answer:	I just drank my first one totally expecting little oats.. nothing at the top I kept drinking thinking maybe at the bottom.. nope.. no pieces whatsoever.😊

Question:	This is not organic! . . .the print says "12 organic shakes," but this orgain product is not organic
Answer:	There Are Only 4 NET Carbs. Each individual drink contains 6 Carbs but also contains 2 dietary fiber, so that will equal only 4 net carbs. My whole family loves these things. We actually mix an individual drink with 8 oz of 2% milk, or Almond Milk, to provide "more" to drink/eat and it still tastes great.
Question:	Since this isn't "whey", what about casein
Answer:	French Vanilla is available here on Amazon, in stock now. I bought here before I saw it in stores. I am sorry you are having trouble!
Question:	how is the taste compared to the Orgain chocolate protein shake with 25g of protein
Answer:	“SUCRALOSE” - a sweetener that is not broken down by the body, and I believe is then just passed. However I need to say that compared to regular Ensure High Protein, which also uses SUCRALOSE, this MAX product tastes horrible. I might drink it instead of cannibalism if I was shipwrecked, but I still wouldn’t like it! BUT the regular High Protein (while less mg of protein) is actually great tasting.
Question:	Why is there a Proposition 65 warning on these for lead
Answer:	Yes: 100 mg. That's the definition of 'mocha:' coffee and chocolate.
