Answer:	I use mine outdoor, submerged. The only thing I hear is thrush of water over my waterfall. And I have run it 24/7 for over a year with no problems. I bought a second one to drain my jacuzzi. Great product, & very dependable.

Answer:	Not sure quarter inch too small half inch too big. Ended up using half inch tube with half inch hose clamp works great.
Question:	Why are people saying it cannot be used as an inline pump? according to pics,remove control knob,connect fitting & place pump out of water
Answer:	If your not concerned about how long it takes, I used it to pump out a much smaller volume and had to switch to a different pump. I used a Master submersible utility pump, model 540094-01, 1/4 HP, also available on Amazon, but about 4x more expensive. The FREESEA was taking forever. The Master pump has a garden hose size output.

Answer:	As long as this unit is plugged into a US standard GFCI grounded outlet there should be no problem at all. Be safe and thank you!
Question:	how wide is the spray
Answer:	Maybe 20 inches wide! Not 100% sure! We use it in our 33 foot round above ground pool to help circulate the water for better control with chemicals and it works excellent for that! The pump is small but it does push 600 gallons per hour so that averages around 14,400 gallons per day in a 24 hour period! Our pool holds about 26,000 gallons of water so it takes about 2 full days for all the water to go through the fountain!
Question:	My pond is 16x30 and 3’ deep. Will this work in that size pond
Answer:	Are you saying inches or feet here? I have this in a pond that measures close to this in feet. The depth is ok. But if your pond is 16x30” I would say no.
Question:	can I purchase this without the pump
Answer:	Not that I know. Pump is very small and will clog easily if used in a pond.

Answer:	There are (2) components: a pump and the LED floating ring. The pump requires 120v AC and comes with a 33' cord standard or a 67' cord optional. The LED ring comes standard with a thinner gauge, 2 conductor cable that is 33' long. It has 2 prongs and a threaded connector at each end to secure it and prevent water from getting into the connection. It attaches to a transformer that plugs into an outlet. Because this unit only requires low voltage, you can add an additional; (2) of the 33' extensions to the original cable to get your 100' length. We sell the extensions on the Wiedamark store.
Question:	Can this fountain be bought with 100 foot power wires
Answer:	Hello: As of today, December 12, 2019, the longest power cord available on the pump is 65 feet long. The standard cord length is 33 feet. The low voltage cable that powers the LED ring is 33 feet long only. We sell additional 33-foot low-voltage extensions for the LED ring.

Answer:	The default nozzle unscrews 'out' of the cup-like piece atop the pipe. Once it's unscrewed out of the cup, you can screw in another. I didn't get it at first either.

Answer:	Charging the battery doesn't do anything, I even went as far as to order an additional battery in an attempt to make the pump run through the night, it lasts a few hours after sun down. The battery backup feature is useless

Answer:	We set up solar only and it ran pretty good, but didn't stay, so plugged in for about a day to charge, then just solar and it has run well from just solar power since then. It does not have enough charge to run all night tho. Starts back up when the sun comes out. Have owned since Christmas. Gift for my mom and she loves it.
Question:	How long will it run on battery with no sun
Answer:	I'd say overnight and part way into the next day. At some point the pump cycles on and off

Question:	Too big for a 125 gallon pond with maybe fish and waterfall feature
Answer:	I love this filter/fountain. I do not know the exact gallons of my pond but it has to be close to 125 and I think it works great. I have it hooked to a fountain and the water flow is perfect. I have 2 fish, a few plants and resident frogs and the water is clean and clear. It’s a little difficult to take apart and clean but I would definitely recommend especially for the price.

Question:	Hi is the LED lights supposed to have a Clear cover over it? Because in the paperwork it shows a clear cover on it, but mine doesn’t have one
Answer:	Mine has no clear cover
Question:	can you attach a larger filter to pump
Answer:	You can do this in a couple of different ways: 1) Insert the existing pump into a larger filter box. Amazon sells a large rectangular filter box that has the coarse and fine filter media with a hole in the middle where the pump fountain attachment comes up through. This filter box will suck in water from the slotted top, through the filter sponges and then into the existing pump/filter. Works great if you have a larger pond where you can afford to give up that extra space. My only drawback with this was that when you needed to clean out the filter, a lot of the gunk would get spilled back into the pond as you lift out the filter box and try to remove the pump (as it is plugged in somewhere and if you have hidden the wires, you can't easily take the pump away from the pond). 2) Use the side output from this fountain attachment to send some of the water into another filter. You can attach tubing or a hose adapter to it, then connect to any internal or external filter.
Question:	how high in inchs is the actual pump itself,? not sure my garden basin is deep enough to cover the pump
Answer:	About 12 to 20 inches depending on which attachments you use. I love this little pump. My little outdoor plastic pond is only about 4 feet across and only 16 inches deep.

Answer:	The kit I received contained a diverted valve as listed, albeit the contents’ picture does not.

Answer:	i bought the kit to circulate water in the winter and areate the pond, 12000ft2, the rest of the year. i found the nozzles okay at best, but finally made my own with conventional pvc fittings and a selection of fractional inch drills. circulation is via 2 hp pump through 1-1/2" pipes.
Question:	does this work with a 1/2 outflow pipe
Answer:	Yes I it comes with a set of adaptive parts and is easy to access tubing on line or in your local hardware
Question:	Do these have standard npt (mpt/fpt) pipe threads
Answer:	yep, standard..didn't work for me though. using an alpine 8000 pond pump
