Question:	We don't run our fountain daily. Do you think it would hurt the plastic to use a bit of chlorine in the fountain to prohibit mosquitoe growth
Answer:	Thanks for your question. I don't think the plastic would have any trouble with a little chlorine. Just keep in mind that when you do run the fountain it's going to cause that chlorine to dissipate quickly. Chlorine doesn't care for moving water at all. Answer:	I wouldn't use this is anything. I've had two. The first died after 3 months and the second lasted a week. If you want to try it anyway, you should know that it is a submersible pump, which means it goes in the water it's pumping. It is in a housing that is around 15 inches in diameter and maybe 8 inches tall. Unless you have a really huge aquarium, this thing will take up most of it. It's really designed for ponds and water features. I bought it for my 1200 gallon pond, but like I said, it didn't last very long.
