Question:	Mine started pumping as soon as I took it outside but it is intermittent. Anyone have that happen
Answer:	I bought 3. They all work great. At first I thought I had 2 intermittent ones. Put unit 1 outside, no problems. Wanted to put the next one on the screen porch in my pet's bowl. Thought it was full sun. Units 2 and 3 were both intermittent in that spot. Moved them completely outside (no insect screen) and they both work like unit 1. Had to change the spray head on the first unit as it was so powerful it was sending the water up about 2 feet, and the wind was spilling the water out of the bowl. Will be buying more .
Question:	Does the one have a bubbler? We live in very windy Oklahoma and the water just blows away on the wind
Answer:	My husband took off the nozzler and just left nothing. That is the "bubbler". We are high wind here so that works for us. Just do not use any of the nozzles.

Answer:	About 6 and 1/2 inches in diameter. Be sure that your bowl is at least 17 inches wide, or you may find that the fountain spits all of the water so high that it falls out of the fountain after a little while. I had to upgrade my bowl to a wider model for this reason.

Answer:	No, but it does work when the sun is shining on it. It starts working better after a few days in the sun and some days it kept on working when it was cloudy! make sure it has enough water. We love it. It works it's little heart out. When the sun goes down it will stop but it starts again come sun-up!

Answer:	Consider how it would require a logic system (a physical piece of electronics and flow detectors) to turn the pump on or off - the price would be three times what it is now and the result would be nobody would purchase it.

Answer:	I have small birdbath slso. I placed a little pebble rock on top to cover a little tiny bit in more middle area and it lowered the power of it so it's now perfect height. Lol just play n put small rock on it until you have your height u want. Remove it for full tall height lol. Working great n stays for me.

Question:	Is there another pump that would work in this fountain
Answer:	The pump isn't specifically made for the fountain. It just floats on the water. So, yes. You can use any pump you want.
Question:	Can the intensity of the water be turned down? It sprays everywhere and I have refilled it 5 times today
Answer:	Well, I have had same problem. Get a aluminum pie pan. put holes around the bottom. You may need a few small rocks to hold pan down. Put them around the out side of pan, so it dont interfere with the fountain. Bend the sides up so it keeps sprinkler in the center of bird bath. If it's really sunny it pumps very well. So I would cover a few 2 -3 of the solar panels this will decrease the power to the pump. If its sunny and windy. The water gets blown out of the bird bath

Question:	How stable is this bird bath i.e. does it tip easily? Concerned that in an exposed area, the wind might knock it over
Answer:	That is a good question. I was concerned as well (cats, dogs and wind) In my case the fountain solved it’s own problem. I could not get the little solar unit to ‘stick’ to the bowl ( this flaw is mentioned in other comments) so my solution was to let the unit float in the bowl. To keep the floating solar onit from venturing too close to the edge (and spraying the water over the edge and draining the bowl) I added some small rocks to keep the solar unit in the center. It is a cute fountain. I bought the fountain for birds. Bees and butterflies are using it, sitting on the rocks in it. Unfortunately, not one bird has landed on it. A cascading, electric fountain in the vicinity is always loaded with 3 different species of birds. I hope this was some help.

Answer:	The stem and base are not hollow so would not fit over a pipe.

Answer:	the base has a threaded top and the bowl has a threaded recess, they just screw together ... pretty simple and much more stable than a push-on.
Question:	Did that turtle in the video finally fall out? Not a great idea to share that suggestion with customers
Answer:	There is a turtle in the video by the seller. The turtle is desperately trying to get out of the small fountain with a few rocks in it. Putting a turtle in that small space would be cruel. Makes me want to order a different product.

Answer:	Yes absolutely. I have it in a 1000 gallon pond and it easily aerates half of the pond.
Question:	How do you clean the solar panel top
Answer:	I think you are asking about the different modes it has. Continuous, cycling(long) & cycling(short). You simply press the power button until the mode you want lights up. That is the only self-start mode I am aware of. Wherein the pump will be on for a few minutes and then cycle off on it's own. The same holds true for it's long cycle. I have tricked myself into thinking the pump was not functioning, only to find it was in it's off period. Best of luck.
