Answer:	Contrary to some other answers, this pump doesn't come with anything else in the box except an instruction sheet. You'll need tubing and valves and air stones and anything else you want to use with it.

Answer:	Do not use this pump for making worm tea in a 5-gallon bucket. The Tetra 10-gallon pump is simply not strong enough. After this 10-gallon pump failed in a 5-gallon bucket, I tested it in a 1-gallon pitcher and it was just barely ok.

1. Max working water depth for this water pump is 5ft. Please check and clean the pump regularly.
2. Prohibit to use the pump in flammable liquids. Working water temps: 34-95 Fahrenheit degrees.
3. When use the pump internally, please keep the pump fully submersible in water before plug in power. Place the controller indoors.
4. Please use one of the 2 removable shells to prevent pump blocking.

Use as external/inline water pump

1. Don’t let the pump run dry, it will damage the motor.
2. When use the pump externally, make sure there are full of water in the pump body and the pipes before plug in power.
3. Please tighten all nuts and connections to make sure no water will leak out, or you can use extra glue to reinforce the connection.
4. Please note the controller must be placed indoors, it's not waterproof. Place the pump at lower position than the water level.

Answer:	In order to use this filter for a turtle aquarium, your water level must stay ABOVE the minimum water level line at all times, which means it needs to be within 3-4 inches of the top of the tank. This is a problem with most turtle tanks unless you have a Turtle Topper. Otherwise, it will work well for a turtle tank.

Answer:	Yes, you sure could! You could use sponge media or filter floss. Just be sure to clean or replace it whenever it becomes clogged.

Question:	Can I use this for making compost tea
Answer:	Your initial purchase of the filter includes the Whisper Bio Bags ( 1 of them for the models 20, 30 and 45, 2 for the 70) and the Bio Scrubbers (again, 1 for the 20, 30, 45 models and 2 for the 70). You should replace your cartridges on a monthly basis, but can rinse them in between changes. The Bio Scrubbers should literally last forever, unless you lose them or damage them somehow. Wash these off in a bucket of tank water with a toothbrush.

Answer:	Nope, this will only work on the first model GameCubes. The GameCube has a digital port that was used for 480p content, that is the port used by this adapter and it is not available on the N64. I suggest you look for the Super64 or the Hyperkin HDMI for the N64. Other options are modding your console for HDMI but it could be difficult for novice solders and also running your N64 natively with composite to your tv but I don't recommend that last one.

Answer:	The pump that I received had no tubing.. just the connector that comes out of the pump, that the tubing slides over. Lowe's had the tubing for a few more dollars.

Answer:	Probably, depends how high you want to pump the water, I rigged mine in a bird bath and pump the water about 8" high my pump is about 15 months old runs 24/7 and still working fine. I run it from apr to sept then bring in in during the winter months.

Answer:	This device does not go in the tank. You need to purchase a separate tube, similar to styrofoam, you punch holes in that. This device sits outside the aquarium, the clear tube connects to the device and the styrofoam tube pushing air through it, making bubbles appear in the fish tank.

How to determine if it’s a right water pump for your aquarium tank?

The First Step: you need to decide the suggested flow multiples of your tank.Mainly we divide tanks to three types: FOT, LPS an SPS.Suggested Flow Rate Multiples:

• FOT(Fish Only Tank): 8~10 times of the tank's water volume.
• LPS(Large Polyp Stony Corals):2~3 times of the tank's water volume.
• SPS (Small Polyp Stony Corals):3~5 times of the tank's water volume.

The Second Step：know the actual required flow for your tank which is different for different types of tanks and calculate the applicable pump flow rate.

Here's the formula for you to calculate:

• Actual required flow（approx.)=water volume in tank(gallon)* (1+20%)*suggested multiple of different tanks
• Applicable pump flow rate（approx.)=Actual required flow+530gallon

For example:

Applicable pump flow rate：100gallon*(1*20%)*8=160 GPH; 160GPH+530gallon=690GPH

Answer:	The clear air line is to induce air into the water to oxygenate the water. I suppose you could have an air pump feeding air into to it but why? This pulls air into the water flow already using the venturi principle.

Question:	My pump stopped working and when i pulled it out it started smoking. what do i do?it dosent turn on at all
Answer:	Return it to the manufacturer. I've purchase two of these pumps and they worked for a few weeks then they stopped. They were replaced but the replacements only lasted a few weeks. I have a smaller one that I purchased as a backup for when I purchase new kois, don't know if that is still coming on. I think that there is a serious problem with these pumps I would definitely never purchase these again
